Teresa is pool god , she showed me the best way to save money on certain items. Her wealth of Knowledge has changed my game when it come to maintaining my pool. She showed me the steps on how to clean, explained the in's and out's of the filter. ( Frist time pool owner here). She is also extremely kind, caring towards her customers. I'm extremely happy I called her and will continue to use her services going forward.

Love working with Teresa! We had a hard time finding help with our older doughboy style pool that came with a new house and Teresa knows what she is talking about. Teresa was able to help us close the pool last year, open it this year, and was available for emergency help over the phone when our pump went wonky on us recently. She also offers maintenance visits. She is easy to get ahold of, easy to count on, and I recommend her services.

I have used Teresa's services for my pool (and formerly, spa) for over a decade. She is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of pool and spa maintenance. The level of service is excellent--she comes when she is scheduled and is flexible about coming over for treatments and service as needed. Keeping a pool and spa sanitized, clean and sparkling is what Teresa does very well. In addition, when equipment goes awry (and things will break) Teresa can make recommendations about which company can get things fixed. Her rates are affordable--she never tries to upcharge or otherwise find ways to pitch for more money such as a fee for the chemicals. She recommends what to buy and where to buy it, saving me money. I am highly satisfied with Teresa's service and would not considering changing.

Teresa is amazingly knowledgeable and thorough in her services of our pool. She looks out pro actively for us on how we can save the most money on chemicals and equipment yet is very detailed and meticulous in maintaining the pool and equipment. She has taught me a lot I didn’t know!

My husband travels so much! It’s hard to keep the pool clean but with the great help of Teresa now our pool looks great!!! Besides here experience and care, she shows up with great attitude every time!

Following rain, had major algae issues that I could not get rid of after so many treatment with algaecide and shocks. My regular pool person was nit available. Was able to find Teressa and she came next day after having me drop in flocculant. She manually vacuumed the pool and now is sparkling blue again! Yay. While waiting she also gave me a neck massage!!! I will be using Teresa regularly!

We've been having Teresa clean our pool for nearly a decade. But, have known her personally for nearly three decades. She's incredible to work with.

Teresa can usually respond within 24 hours.

She's dependable and very thorough on doing a complete job of the pool. She'll even check chemicals, replace broken equipment, and bring her own equipment/chemicals.

Teresa has beed doing my pool for a few years now in Portland Oregon. Being a newer pool owner I was nervous but she has made things very easy for me. Teresa is absolutely incredible. She’s reliable and goes above and beyond every time she cares for my pool. She communicates extremely well and is a “girl’s girl.” I trust her completely, as she’s taken care of my pool and hot tub with grace and kindness and compassion all while being a very hard worker. Teresa is an amazing person! She is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful and communicates so well. We feel very lucky to have found her. We were struggling to keep up with our hot tub maintenance and she has saved us hours of time that we were ineffectively trying to clean it. Teresa has been servicing our pool for over a year now and has done a amazing job, i have never seen our water other then perfectly clear and inviting. She has set her company up for prepay at $200.00 a visit and can and has accommodated emergency services for last second needs. She has also went for a dive in our pool to remove large debris at no extra cost.
She has over 30 years in the pool cleaning industry. She is great at explaining how the pool equipment works and how the chemicals work and everything. She has became more of a friend then a service provider. She also taught yoga, herbalism and thai massage for 5 years at PCC. She can also at request house sit, pet sit, drive children to activities or drive for date night. She is really a one of a kind

This review is long over due. We can’t recommend Teresa highly enough! Despite her busy schedule, she was able to accommodate us on short notice. She helped us winterize our pool and encouraged us to record her on our phones so we would know what to do in the future. She educated us on our new pool and was able to teach us how to properly maintain it. She was knowledgeable and professional and we were left feeling relieved that she came to help us out. She treated us with kindness, without judgement and with a very inclusive attitude; a trait we highly value. She worked very hard to take care of our pool and Teresa made it look easy. We look forward to her visit soon.

Just had a simple, clean done to make sure my hot tub was ready for guests and I got way more than I bargained for♡♡♡♡ I got to learn so much,( which seems to be the average feedback people are leaving about this service). Teresa is such a great teacher about hot tubs and cleaning them and chemicals and makes the whole process easy and convenient for you. Whether you want to learn more or automate the process.

Never have I had help from someone as patient, kind and knowledgeable as Teresa. Not only has she helped us with our pool and spa here at the house: she has responded within minutes to our texts when we’ve had questions. With her many years of experience, Teresa is really an expert and we feel so blessed to have found her!

Had a swampy pool and Teressa was out of town. Without payment, she wrote down every resource and direction required to clean my pool before a party that we were having this week. She proceeded to jump on facetime and spend over twenty minutes walking me through the steps and teaching me safety and prevention for future issues. Great job Doug! I didn't know that one could recolor a spot in the rug. The color was gone in about a 6 inch circle from a puppy accident and whatever I tried to clean it with 10 years ago. Doug and his daughter did their magic and now you can't tell where it was! No more hiding it with furniture.

My carpets look and feel amazing! We have dogs and they are in and out all day long. We are listing our home and needed the best cleaning possible and TLC is definitely the best!

Needed to have a couple of rooms carpet cleaned to get it ready to put the house on the market. They picked up the first time I called and we had it scheduled for a few days later.
