It was a pleasure working with them. We were able to schedule the visit really quickly and their technician was awesome. He walked us through what he was doing with our gas fireplace and what to watch for/maintain ourselves. Excellent team of people!

Michael and Miguel came out on Friday and added the insullation between the plate and rock hearth. Very helpful and explained what they did. Appt was quick and professional and friendly. Appreciate the work they both did! Thank you for plugging the drafts - will make this winter even warmer.

Both people that I worked with were really nice and very knowledgeable. The chimney cleaning was quick and clean and the repairs that were advised were accompanied by photos. The man that did the work was really nice! He also showed pictures when the work was completed. I will absolutely use them again!

My first experience with Lifetime Chimney - "Tubbs" arrived on time, he thoroughly explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and did a superb job. Tubbs is a 10+!!! I will definitely call on him again next year.

I had a great experience with Lifetime Chimney! I spoke to them when I was originally looking to get work done on our chimney. I wasn’t able to afford it initially but they were willing to work with me and gave me lots of information over the phone that really helped me make a decision moving forward. Ultimately several months later, we ended up using them to replace our chimney due to that first experience. They were fantastic! Very professional installers that worked incredibly hard. It took them 3 days as they estimated and they worked non stop even in the 100 degree weather we were having! Afterwards, they answered any questions I had and spent a serious amount of time cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

Lifetime's crew (especially Miguel and Jim) did excellent work, took perfect care of our plantings and property, were responsive and respectful in their communications. Our neighbors were very impressed as well by their considerate interactions.

Jim and Justin did an excellent job in completing the refacing of our old fireplace, installing a hearth and removing old wood stove pipe. Upon completion they installed a new pellet stove, piping and a new chimney cap with flashing. We are extremely happy with the completed project. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable in every step of the process.

I didn’t have any work done from this company. While driving home one of their drivers in a big van decided he needed to cut me off with a quick left turn even though no one was behind me at all. I had to slam on the breaks and watch as he almost hit some jogger- doubt he saw her.
Part of the job is being professional in public. Especially if you have a work van with branding.
They might do awesome work on chimneys but I’ll never know because someone is a rude and dangerous driver.
I’m tired of seeing this type of stuff and not saying something. Businesses need to know this stuff.

Michael was friendly and honest. He showed us pictures along the way and took time to explain everything. Another company said we needed thousands of dollars worth of work and Michael took care of our chimney for under $300.

Michael was fantastic! He called ahead to confirm his arrival time, listened carefully to our concerns, and offered clear, helpful recommendations with options that actually made sense for us. Friendly, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend!

Lifetime Chimney did a great job. What they had to offer helped the direction we really wanted to go with our chimney. The flue needed an upgrade and we weren’t sure how that might be possible. We found out that they could clean the 35 plus years of creosote from the flue and put a heat treatment in it to make it last another 20 plus years. Michael and Brandon were VERY professional and did a great job doing the work needed. They were on time, worked hard, and were very professional.

There were two issues during the job. Brandon worked on updating the flashing on the chimney and apparently missed a very small detail that was leftover from another repair that lead to water (from a rain storm), coming into our family room. We called and he was here the next morning and he fixed it; we are very satisfied with the results. Thank you Brandon! Also, thank you Michael! Both did fantastic work.

The second issue was not getting in writing the exact timing of the three parts of our project (this was both of our fault). We just suggest you get, in writing, the work schedule if there is more than one day of work needed. What we thought was the timeline of the project was not what happened and we had to make adjustments on our end. It all worked out and so far we are very pleased with the overall results. We would definitely recommend Lifetime Chimney.

We had an excellent experience with Lifetime. Their technician, Michael, was prompt, personble and easy to work with. We were pleased with the cleaning that he did and with the estimate for other work that he gave us before he left our house. We would definitely use them again.
