Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Oregon

We live in a 14-year-old condo in Gladstone and recently decided it was time to upgrade our HVAC system, which included gas heating, electric A/C, and our electric water heater. After reaching out to several HVAC companies, we found this team to be the most helpful. They patiently explained the differences between various options like gas, electric, heat pumps, and hybrid systems, and also provided clear details about available rebates and tax credits. Their pricing was fair and competitive compared to other providers. Carson and the crew handled the installation professionally, making sure our daily routine wasn’t interrupted. There were enough team members to finish the job in just one day, as promised. They took extra care to keep our living spaces tidy, and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation was done. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions about the new systems. We ended up choosing a gas/heat pump hybrid for heating and electric A/C, plus an electric heat pump hybrid water heater. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone in Gladstone who is considering upgrading or replacing their HVAC systems.
