Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Oregon

We have used TLC Carpet Cleaning several times and are always very happy with the results. Doug is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He made our coffee, grease, and dog stains disappear! He is also very personable and easy to have in our home. And, he didn't scold me about the state of neglect my carpet was in! I highly recommend his service.

Needed my commercial carpets cleaned and TLC came highly recommended. My carpets were old and worn and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Doug arrived on time and did a fantastic job and made everything look great. He even got out some stains I had been unsuccessful at removing. My business looks so much better now! Thank you for your great service!

We've had the same carpets for 6 years while raising our 4 kids and they were VERY rough. A friend recommended this company so we figured we'd give it a shot. He offered us a great deal to do the entire house and the carpets look AMAZING! He was so easy to work with and I am so so grateful for the high quality work. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone looking to freshen up their room or, like me, erase some of those less pleasant child memories 😂

Thanks for the incredible carpet cleaning!!

I was very pleased with my carpet cleaning. Doug arrived on time and got right to work. The price was a good price for two bedrooms and a full set of stairs. Would highly recommend and use TLC again.

Very disappointed with the service. He made me feel very uncomfortable with the way he spoke to me. His attitude was rude and disrespectful, showing no professionalism or courtesy. I felt uneasy during the visit and believe this behavior was completely unacceptable.

Cant even describe how well Doug did on my parents carpets! We were getting ready to sell our home and the carpets were a night mare. We live on a farm and have pets and desperately needed them clean. He was timely, efficient and funny! Really makes sure the job is done thoroughly and even came back out a second time before the final sell to be sure everything was good to go! 100% would call Doug at TLC again and highly recommend him!

I called Super Doug to get my carpets cleaned. He was able to get me scheduled quickly, and worked with my schedule. The customer service was superb, and Super Doug did an AMAZING job with my carpets. He also did it for a fantastic price. If you're looking for someone to clean your carpets just remember to "Call Super Doug for a clean rug." You won't be disappointed.

Doug is the best! We have had four different people clean our carpets in the last ten years and Doug is the only one to get them really clean. His price was reasonable and the best part is that the carpets were not soaking wet when he left. Doug is positive, friendly and a great businessman. Give him a call, you'll be really glad you did.

Doug is great! Very personable and professional, also very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to my friends and family anytime. I was unable to help move furniture secondary to having a newborn child and tending to her. My husband was at work and Doug was more than happy to move furniture for me. He also vacuums before cleaning so you don't have to worry about vacuuming first. You can walk on the carpet right away and he also uses "green" products safe for kids and pets.

Super Doug came over and did an amazing job on our carpeting. I would highly recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning! It's incredible how you think your carpet isn't that bad, until you see a side-by-side comparison and realize how dirty it actually was! Thanks Again, TLC!

Highly recommend! Doug is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a dog urine odor in the carpet that I couldn't remove and another carpet company did not remove. Doug was able to clean my carpet and fully remove the dog urine odor.

Will use TLC Carpet Cleaning for future carpet cleanings!

Doug was able to get in on short notice so that I could get my carpets cleaned before moving in. It was supposed to be his day off, but he understood the urgency and chose making my life easier over fishing. Not only was he accommodating, but he is just a nice person and did excellent work. I will use his services again and will recommend him to anyone with carpet cleaning and repair needs. Thanks Doug!

Doug came out on very short notice to fix a snag in the carpet that my puppy created before it became a huge issue. I work from home in the room where the work needed to be done and he was super accommodating for my schedule. I always try to work with small, local business owners whenever possible. I highly recommend TLC and you just might get a quick fun story out of Doug as an added bonus.

Very quick response- was able to come see me next business day. They were able to not only fix the carpet spot that I needed repaired, but I asked for advice on an additional area, and wound up getting a great deal to have them repair the carpet in 3 more rooms. Fantastic service, friendly and personable, I would highly recommend, and will definitely call again if I have any other carpet needs.

Doug has done both mine and my mom's house and both turned out amazing. Had so many stains from family and dogs and the carpets look almost new. Thank you

Doug was prompt and did an amazing job plus he shared cleaning tips. My carpets look amazing!

Doug is literally THE BEST! His attention to detail with his cleaning is on point but its his attention to detail in customer service that makes him so amazing! We will not use anyone else for our carpet cleaning.

Such a great and easy experience with Doug at TLC! He came out for a quick quote last week and we were able to schedule carpet cleaning today. Doug was friendly, informative, easygoing, no pressure, and above all did an excellent job. So happy to find someone we look forward to calling back next year. Thanks, Doug!

I called Doug to come clean a sectional we had bought. He scheduled with us and was happy to do the job! He called the morning of to give us a heads up he was on his was and showed up promptly at the designated time. He was very friendly and professional, he brought in his tools and got to work right away. He cleaned our sectional in a fair amount of time and it turned out beautifully! The smell we had in our couch is gone and it looks so great! I highly recommend Doug and TLC Carpet cleaning! Such a nice guy, professional, efficient!

I am a general contractor working on a rental in Milwaukee for a Client. I had some issues with the way the new carpet was installed. It was not stretched correctly, had transitions were they should not exist and a few other issues with things not being correct. Well, I came across Doug when searching carpet repairs in clackamas and gave him a call about the issues and he was able to come out next day and help get this issues all fixed in only 3 hours time! He worked fast, was very professional and did an awesome job for me and my client. I highly recommend! I know who I’ll be calling in the future anytime we have carpet issues. Thanks again for your hard work Doug! Look forward to working with you again.

Great company, cleaned upholstery for my mom’s place at Somerset Assisted Living. On time, professional and great results. We would use them again and will recommend to friends and family.
