After a chilly morning with a malfunctioning heater, I reached out for a repair. The technician arrived in about 45 minutes and was incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. Within an hour, our home was warm and cozy again. I appreciate their promptness and professionalism. Will definitely call them for future needs!

Kind and courteous. Answered any and all questions about running and maintaining the heating/ cooling system. Was kind enough to show us how to run the unit. Was installed relatively quick.

John and and Tyler came today to finish up the second part of installing our heat pump and furnace. They did an amazing job .10 from us.

One year follow up on our new Trane furnace. Barrie was prompt and found 2 minor leaks that most people would have over looked. Really appreciated his expertise.

I moved into my home last year. One of the first things I did was to have my furnace serviced and the household ducts cleaned. I bought a service contract for this year.
I woke up this morning, October 15 to a cold house - it's colder INSIDE than it is OUTSIDE! My furnace isn't turning on. So I called A&E. I was told that the very soonest they can see me is November 4... AND they will charge me $198 because this is now a "service" call because my furnace isn't functioning.
Needless to say, I am troubleshooting myself. Headed to Nor-mon HVAC parts to purchase an ignition, because that's what it seems isn't functioning.
My furnace is on the older side, but it passed all tests only last Spring. If I need a new furnace, you can sure bet I WILL NOT be going to A&E. Because as a customer, I want to be treated better than this in the future.

Great, He was polite, efficient, personable, and fast. He did offer me some upgrades however I was mot interested at this time.

I appreciate the timeliness, courtesy and knowledge of our technician. Barrie did a great job and we took him up on his recommendation for a surge protector for our unit.

Tech showed up when he said he would. Easy to talk with. Walked us through the work he did. Showed pics. Through!! Checked our maintenance info. Will probably sign up for yearly maintenance contract.

A&E heating installed a faulty thermostat and then when they came back out to see why my system was malfunctioning, they said my entire heating system needed to be replaced. When a 2nd opinion corrected the problem by reinstalling my original thermostat, A&E declaired my warranty invalid and started collections on me. They are more concerned with covering their own butts then good customer service. They are expensive and do not stand behind their work.

A technician, Greg, came out to help us with problems with our thermostat. He got us squared away and spent time to thoroughly explain how it works and what we need to do. Always great service from A&E
