Water was dripping from the shutoff valves under my bathroom sink, went to turn off the water underneath the sink to stop the dripping and water began spraying out. I shut off the water outside from the main supply. Called A&E and scheduled an appointment to assess damages and make repairs. Phillip our technician showed up on time, showed him the bathroom sink that was giving us trouble and asked him to also to replace the shutoff valves in our other bathroom to avoid any more potential problems. Didn’t take Phillip long about an hour to get it all done and in working order. Phillip was friendly and fast, very pleased with his craftsmanship. Thank you very much!

Barry arrived right on time and was very thorough. He carefully showed me pictures of what he had gone over and what needed repair. He was very respectful of our home.

Over the past 36 hours I’ve interacted with Matt, Rick, Zach, and Tyler throughout the process of our furnace going out overnight, subsequent diagnosis, and final installation of a new furnace.

My old furnace stopped working during a cold snap (as usual). The tech came out the next morning and very quickly had a diagnosis. I decided I was done with that awful old thing, and turned to A&E to source a new unit. The install crew came early the next morning and we’re done by noon! I am very pleased!

Zach cleaned out our heating ducts for their routine maintenance. He did a great job and was also incredibly informative and explained our heating system and how best to care for it. He caught a couple of things before they could be potential problems down the road! Would recommend him anytime!

The technician came off as arrogant. When he said that the repair would be fixed in one day I was hopeful. However, I did not hear from them for weeks. I called to see what the holdup was, and it took forever to schedule. When I finally did reschedule, I made it very clear of the time I would be home to let the repairman in. They said that would work, however, the repair man came 40 minutes late and I had to leave. All in all, I spent over $100 and received absolutely nothing but a headache & my furnace is still broken.

A&E Tech Matt was on time for our appointment; efficient service - changed out our fan motor - noise is gone. Quick clean up and done. Happy customer!

Matt showed up on time, cleaned and reset both of our furnaces, fixed a heat balancing issue, reviewed a problem with our mini-split and cleaned it as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout his time here. I will be requesting him on our next maintenance appointment. Can't give him higher marks!!!

This company is new to us. Carson was great, very pleasant, explaining everything well. Had an option for a minor change with no pressure one way or the another, easily taken care of on this visit. Will definitely continue working with this company for our HVAC maintenance.

Carson is a great tech, he is very professional , and he provides information that make sense to someone who is not savvy in his craft when it come to Hvac such as myself, pleas continue to to schedule him for my HVAC needs as it have put trust in his work ethics. Called A and. E heating at 3pm today because furnace would not engage. Scheduler had someone stop out at 4pm. Wow!! That’s service. Barrie did diagnostic and cleaned up dusty and corroded connections. Everything was function and suspected dust caused system to lock out. Barrie cleaned up the furnace de and checked for CO since old furnace. CO measured zero — a good thing. Furnace working again. Really appreciate Barrie and the office scheduler (sorry I forgot name, maybe Anna) for getting this resolved in less than one hour. Amazing service.

I am very pleased with Zack Sherwood. He explained things for me and answered my questions. He did a great job, and cleaned up when he finished. Zack was polite and professional. As always I am pleased with A & E.
