Clawson installed and serviced the furnace at my previous home for over 15 years and I was always impressed with their service and their knowledgeable and courteous service people. So when I moved to a new home, of course I contacted them to inspect and maintain the heating and cooling system there. I appreciate being able to rely on them to keep my house warm when it’s cold out and cool when it’s hot. A great company!

Clawson’s hearing was so professional!! Tyler and the crew that did our installation kept our garage so clean. They were so polite and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to everyone. The price was right for a new furnace and ac unit. From getting quotes to scheduling the installation was super easy. The office staff was so nice. They even surprised us with a gift basket.

Whenever I need repairs of any kind I worry if a company will be professional and have integrity. Will they try to sell me something I do not really need and charge me outrageous prices?
Well, Clawson Heating was fabulous! My service man was Philip Johnson and he was very honest and professional. He explained the issue with my furnace using video and quickly made the needed repairs at a reasonable price. Philip and Clawson Heating have convinced me to be their customer for life!

Clawsons has always been our go-to HVAC service company. They installed a new furnace in one of our old homes and have maintained the units in our current home. Now, they came out and quickly fixed an issue we were experiencing. They are always super friendly, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Philip is a wonderful technician, but honestly we have never dealt with anyone who wasn’t at this company.

I’m truly impressed with Clawson Heating! They are a wonderful local company. Very professional and with excellent customer service. I purchased their annual maintenance service contract and have had them perform both my A/C and heating. Customer service proactively called and scheduled my heating service. Typically when you purchase these maintenance contracts, companies hope that you forget to use them, reducing the number of technicians needed to service the amount of oversold contracts but not Clawson. Prior to my technicians arrival they sent an email with Philip's photo confirming the appointment. I highly recommend Clawson!

I used Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning for the first time and discovered that All three service techs including Phillip Johnson and Project Coordinator Carly were Professional, Courteous and Attentive. Their service made me feel I was the most important customer under their care. Communication and follow up was flawless. Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning has won me as a permanent customer. Thank you to the crew that resolved my gas leak and fixed my furnace speedily.

We were incredibly impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Clawson. Wish we had called them the first time as our experience with another company was a nightmare and Clawson was awesome! Philip was the technician who helped fix our furnace. This guy is a wizard and made my wife feel very well taken care of. He explained everything in detail and knew exactly what he was doing.

Thank You Clawson heating& Air you guys are seriously a life safer! Our Ac fan motor broke the other day I called schedule an appt. The next day Brett came few hours early (thank goodness) diagnose in less than 5 min. We ordered the part & was told possibly next Monday but literally got a call next day that our part was delivered & they came back and installed it all within an hour. Price was affordable out technician Brett was professional and quick I am so happy we got it fix before the heatwave next week.

I worked with Clawson for several years prior to their acquisition by A&E. They were great to work with. Unfortunately, it appears that A&E's acquisition changed things. I had a maintenance contract with Clawson and am having issues with the furnace so I called them and was routed to A&E's switchboard and call center. I explained that I had a contract and the current issue and then explained things again since the person at the call center wasn't well-versed in furnaces/AC units. I was then told my info would be passed to the dispatcher. A day later, no calls, no emails, nothing. So, I'm assuming the service contract money is lost money and am moving on. I called another local family-owned business and the tech will be here in a couple of hours. I'll also move my maintenance contract over to this group. It's really unfortunate since I agree with all the 5-star reviews for Clawson when they were independent but this acquisition seems to have some growing pains.

Phil was our tech and what a great guy. He was prompt and courteous both times he came out. He has quite the way delivering bad news, he lessened the blow. Angel was the office individual I worked with to set up appts and order appointments; what a nice and responsive person! I would definitely use Clawson again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Everyone that we've encountered with Clawson has been super professional and kind. Both of the times we have had maintenance checks on our system the technicians were running early and called to see if coming before our window would work for our schedule. When does that ever happen anymore? All of the technicians we've had in our home have been respectful of our home, quick, and efficient. We're super happy with Clawson's service!

Furnace went out Friday night. I called Clawson and we agreed since the temperature was fairly mild to wait until Monday. They arrived on Monday and did the troubleshooting and installed a new thermostat for really a very reasonable price. I have a contract with them and got a discount but I was pleased that the technician figured out the problem and had a new thermostat on hand. I've had Clawson for about 5 years now. They installed my AC last winter and a whole heat pump and AC in my rental. I am satisfied that they do a good job for a good price.

From ease of booking an appointment, to the friendliness of the customer service team and install team, I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with a company. Phillip was our tech, he made us feel safe and taken care of. Our heat was out for a few days, it was a tricky fix and he was able to get it up and running for my kids and I. I’m so happy to have found Clawson!

We recently used Clawson A&E to replace our entire HVAC system from top to bottom. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the entire process from the bid to the install.
Rick was great to work with during the bid process and took the extra time to help us decide what we needed for our space and explain what our options were.
Ruben Nick and Zack did our install on time and on schedule with very little down time on our system. From the new pad for the ac to the new sheet metal work all done on site and it all looks and functions perfectly.
We had more than one contractor working in the space and they were able to coordinate without any problems.
We have used Clawson for over 10 years to maintain our old system and they have never disappointed us.

The office staff at Clawson was so friendly and helpful and the service call was excellent. I felt the repair man ‘Phillip’ was respectful, explained things well and had integrity. As it turned out, he able to repair my furnace while he was here. When I need a bigger job in the future, I will definitely use this company. Thank you so much!

Clawson helped me with a furnace issue on a weekend. The dispatch and the technician were both very friendly and professional and I appreciated being able to get on the schedule quickly. They even did a follow-up visit when my furnace shut down again a day later. My only 2 criticisms were lack of transparency on pricing during the job (I was very surprised at the amount of the bill) and even after 2 visits and all that $, I had to call another vendor.... it was a simple pressure switch that needed to be replaced (not likely a clog in the ventilation). I did appreciate their attentiveness, however.

The customer service of this company is phenomenal! Good phone response and personality. I needed an emergency AC repair and called on Friday, but they were so busy that I could only get an appointment for the following Wednesday. However, they had a cancellation and were able to move my appointment up to Monday! The technician (Brent) was very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found a rusted out pump. He replaced it and checked the entire system to make sure everything was working perfectly. He was very nice and cordial and was super quick. I will definitely use Clawson again for any of my heating or cooling issues.

Our heating bill was enormous last January and our former heating company didn't give us satisfactory service, so on the recommendation of a friend I called Clawson Heating. Phil Johnson came out right away to help us figure out what was the problem. Not only did he give us detailed and educational information and a fair estimate, he also told us that our heat pump hadn't even been installed to code and was getting to the end of its economic life. By this time, in the middle of our extreme cold spell, we didn't dare run our old heat pump because our heating bill would have been so high (over $800/month the way the old heat pump was working). Yikes!

In the end, we decided to get a new unit. Yes, it was a huge expense, but we really had no other choice. Carly Moore and Phil did everything they could to get us a new unit because except for a couple of space heaters, we were without heat for over a month in the extreme cold. Clawson's put us on a priority basis; supply chain issues weren't their fault.

Finally, in March. we were able to get our new heat pump installed. Tyler Hanefeld and his crew got here early in the morning, and stayed until after dark getting everything working right. The crew cleaned everything up, and left things clean as a whistle. Everything is now working flawlessly and our heating bill went 'way down.

I only have the highest praise for everyone at Clawson's. Their responsiveness, friendliness, work ethic, and customer service is outstanding. I don't have enough superlatives when it comes to reviewing this company. Thank you all for your awesome customer service and expert installation. We are extremely happy customers and have already highly recommended you to others. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Or 25!

We weren't getting any cold air from our unit for some reason; I called Clawson's this morning and Carly had Phil Johnson come today. He arrived right on time and checked everything out. I appreciated that he wore booties in the house. He was able to quickly diagnose the trouble, and had us up and running in no time. and told us exactly what the glitch was. The unit itself wasn't at fault, and we were glad to hear that.

I so appreciated Phil's professionalism and his willingness to come out so quickly when he was already so busy. We'd really been having a hard time in the 100° heat; our house faces west, and it's so wonderful to have cool air flowing again.

Thank you, Carly and Phil, for helping us out so quickly. One again, we were so pleased that we'd had our new unit installed by your company. If I could give you another 25 stars, I would!

Clawson is awesome !! My air conditioning system quit working during this record breaking heat wave we are having in June of 2021. I have a service contract with them and get priority scheduling but due to so many people having similar problems they said the earliest they could get here was the next day in the late afternoon. About 10 minutes later I got a call from them that a technician had finished a service call early and could be here in about 15 minutes. Justin came and got my system back up and running in about 30 minutes and I an so very very thankful for their outstanding customer service and I will definitely keep renewing my yearly service agreement with them.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and courteousness shown by the whole team.
They were tasked with: installing a heat pump, air handler, removing 90% of the flexible ductwork with metal, and separating the area of the home into 3 climate zones. They came with a plan in hand and truly listened as we asked for a tweak here and there. Upon completion, the basement where they worked looked better than when they arrived.

We just had A&E Heating ( they bought Clawson) do an A/C install on our existing forced air system. Let me tell you, they did a great job.

The crew showed up on time. Ruben, Nick, and Zach were top notch dudes. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got after it. There was also at one point where a change to the plan needed to be done. And Ruben explained to me way and showed me the fix before starting it. I really appreciated that. You can tell all three of those guys care about their trade.

All in all I would highly recommend this company to do anything heating and cooling related.
