My wife and I bought a house. Furnace worked when we had the house inspected. Then it went out within our first 30 of moving in. It got cold quick let me tell you. Andrew came over found the parts that needed to get replaced and replaced them. He was very polite and clean. We had no issues with our experience and will keep using sky heating, ac, plumbing and electrical.

We just had our furnace serviced and Joe Best did an excellent job. He was quick, efficient, and handled our very curious cat with patience. Sky Heating is always easy to work with—professional, reliable, and a pleasure to do business with.

Woke up on sunday to no heat on a new system and called Sky Heating and they scheduled me for next day service. They showed up with super communication letting me know who my service person was going to be- Morgan aka MacGyver. He was friendly, knowledgeable and found a loose wire right away. He got it working in no time. Next day I woke up to no heat again. Called them first thing in the morning and they showed up by 11 am. I was so lucky it was MacGyver to the rescue!! He found a small piece that was loose on the circuit board that he managed to fix….he brought out a blowtorch and heated a screwdriver and managed as a curtesy to fix the loose piece which ended up saving me over 1-2k…just super impressed with their willingness to help, their quick turnaround time, Morgan’s ingenuity in finding a way to fix a simple problem that would have rendered the board unusable and his friendly, easy going manner. Can’t recommend them enough. To Sky Heating and team keep up the great job and definitely keep and give Morgon a raise…he’s a great ambassador for your company and he is really good at fixing things 😃

We actually had a different company come out to give us an estimate on electrical work (update wiring) and it was a disaster - didn't stick to preferred schedule, called me urgently while I was at work, rude and condescending technician and a very high estimate. The bar wasn't set very high for improvement, but Sky Heating came out the following day and they exceeded all expectations. The technician, Matt, and co-technician (?), Brett were courteous, professional and kind. After looking at the issue Matt shared an estimate for the overall updating that needs to be done, which seems reasonable. More than that, he gave me an estimate for some immediate fixes that needed to be done. I was already aware that there was a situation with the wiring and we were able to get that taken care of on the same day. I will definitely be using Sky Heating again and highly recommend.

Update: I needed an estimate on updating the lighting in my house and Matt came back out. He took time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond. Being new to the area I dreaded the search for a trustworthy company but we feel very lucky that our search is already over!

Our old tankless water heater gave out and Sky sent over a technician, David, just a few hours after my husband called. Unfortunately we needed a complete replacement. David installed our new tankless water heater the next day. He did a great job despite having to deal with all the eccentricities of my house and how the old unit was installed. He was also very nice and straightforward which I appreciated. I like that there was a flat price quoted for the install regardless of how the install progressed and that the same technician did both the initial inspection/quote and install, issues I’ve had with other companies in the past. The total price seemed a bit on the high end, but it may have been comparable and reasonable since it was for a high efficiency tankless install. Overall, I have no complaints and really appreciate the work that David and Sky did and their promptness.

Excellent work. We have a 100-year-old house with original galvanized pipes. Tim of Sky Heating did a quick but not dirty job flushing the crud out of the line, (OK, the crud was dirty - but not the work!) and got our tank filling and the toilet up and running like new. Also gave us good advice how to prevent more problems.

Another excellent service from Sky! I had to reschedule the appt a couple times (my fault) and the office team was super accommodating about everything. Kenny M was our technician today. He did a phenomenal job — and became best friends with our dog in the process! Super duper nice person, explained everything clearly, and gave us realistic advice for our 19 year old HVAC. It was like working with a friend who just so happened to know a lot about heating and cooling systems :)

UPDATE Aug 4: Kenny helped us get in touch with Charlie D, and we picked out a whole new HVAC system — new A/C unit, furnace, the works. Charlie was personable, patient, very open to tinkering with the setup so we could get exactly what we needed. I never once felt like we were being pushed or rushed to decide. Last Friday we had an install team at our house, led by Jake M, to build out the new system! Let me tell you, I would trust these guys with anything in my home. Jake took things the extra mile to fix previous homeowners shortcuts, including getting an electrical crew out to clean up some of our breaker structure. Once everything was finished, Jake expertly walked us through our whole new system, and it’s been working like a DREAM ever since. They left the space cleaner than it was when they got here.

Thank you to the entire team who helped diagnose, design, and replace our old rinkydink system with something reliable and — most importantly — safe!!
