Our technician was excellent. He was friendly, respectful of the home/property, and patiently explained each step for me. The communication with the company was good as they emailed confirmations of appointments, estimates, receipts, and were also easily available by phone. A great local company to support if you have any needs.

I was surprised Oxbow Heating and Cooling was able to have someone come check out our broken furnace so quickly. It is Christmas Eve today! Bryant was terrific. He explained everything to me that was wrong with the furnace. He came back at the exact time he promised with the part needed. He was very professional and kind. I'm thrilled to have the furnace back running again and it's so much quieter than it ever was. I appreciate this business and would recommend it to others.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish on an HVAC. Dustin Wilson handled the planning and bid and it was professional, straight forward but not pushy, and no hidden costs. Everything was exactly how he said it would be all the way until completion. He worked with me to figure out the best options and once we finalized the bid he had guys out the next day and it was done in the 2 days he said it would be. Luis and Ethan did the install and to no surprise were just as professional, punctual, and the work was completed with quality. 10/10 recommend them for HVAC and will use them for any future plans.

We are VERY happy with the service and price we received through Oxbow. They showed up on time for the quote and for the install days and were very nice and polite. We got a new furnace and added on AC at the same time and it was totally reasonable. Great team of people working there!

I got a new heat pump and air handler earlier this year (2025). I also had my heating ducts cleaned and sealed. The whole system has been working great—winter through summer. I just had the warranty maintenance performed and everything is good. Working with Sky Heating has been great—from choosing and installing the new system to scheduling and performing follow up maintenance. They hire high quality, professional and capable people. I can’t recommend them enough!

These guys are great! They went out of the way to send someone out immediately. They are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician that came today (Kaylah Hines) was great! She was professional, helpful, and informative. My service today was at a discounted price because I had a coupon (and it’s the first time I’ve used Sky), but I would definitely schedule with them again.

Our service tech, Torsen, was professional, polite and patient with our questions, doing an excellent job of educating us about our nearly 20yr old current furnace and its needed repairs.

I scheduled online, and got confirmation texts and emails saying that the arrival time for my appointment would be between 8am and 4pm. I waited around at home all day, only to get a text message at nearly 2pm, saying, "I believe there was glitch in our system when you were booking, I do not have the capacity to service today," and asking to reschedule for more than three weeks from now. Not even so much as an "I'm sorry". I understand that things happen, and you don't have much control over a glitch in a scheduling system, but at the very least, you could apologize for wasting my day.

Kayla H. did an amazing job. She was very personable and explained everything. I definitely have them. Come back and work on my furnace again.

We were very impressed and satisfied with the services we received from Sky Heating and Air Conditioning today. The representative, Eric V., who came to our house was outstanding and a real credit to the company.

While in the process of assessing our home for a new ac and furnace, Sky offered a full free diagnostic of our existing equipment. We knew our ac was definitely in need of replacement but our furnace was still working yet over 15 years old. Kenny came over the next day and spent over an hour looking over everything. He took detailed notes and pictures and provided a full report. He was incredibly friendly and thorough. His efforts were extremely helpful to guide us on purchasing a new system. Thank you Sky!
