Outstanding service from Oxbow. After repeated attempts and ghosting from the original installer, I was referred to Oxbow by the warranty company and boy, am I glad they did. Bryant was scheduled for an evaluation visit, promptly figuring out my system and how to make the repair. He needed to do further research to find the manufacturer and then it took another 10 days for the part to arrive. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the replacement motor, and in the end, I received a reasonable labor charge. Thank you SO much for being there during our time of need and creating a stress-free experience for us.

Oxbow Heating & Cooling is outstanding! From the time Corey came to give us the quote for our new furnace & AC, to the installation, everything went very smoothly. From start to finish, our whole experience with Oxbow Heating & Cooling was outstanding! Corey came out to give us the estimate, which was very fair. Nolan and Adrian came to install the new furnace and AC unit. They really knew what they were doing! It only took one day. They were both very friendly and professional, and they cleaned everything up thoroughly when they were finished. Corey came back to look over their work. After the install we had a minor issue. Oxbow's techician, Bryant, came to help us the same day and fixed the issue. We are so glad we decided go with Oxbow Heating & Cooling, and would highly recommend them to others!

Both the guys that came out were very kind, knowledgeable, friendly. They covered the workspace with tarps to keep my house clean. They did a great job removing old heating and cooling system and installing the new heating and cooling system. They took the time to explain how the thermostat works and how to change the filter. These guys did a great job I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Bryant reached out to let us know when he was on his way to the appointment we had arranged. He was thorough and took his time explaining the components of the system ( this was an inspection before closing on purchase of this house). Of concern, aside from functioning of the system, was a vibration noise when the AC was on. He explained could be for couple of reasons and after troubleshooting we agreed on the next step to be taken after we close on the house. It is hopefully an inexpensive fix. We appreciate being fitted into the schedule and look forward to working with the company in the future.

Contacted after John Taylor recommended. Cory was highly recommended and I confirmed as he had completed inspecting duct work under house a couple years before.
Cory came out within an hour, inspected and recommended replacement. 20+ year unit.
He gave me fair Carrier furnace and 5 Ton Air conditioner replacement installed. Few hours later E-Mail installation date. Can’t ask for any better. Highly recommend myself.

Replaced thermostat. Great service, on time etc. Affordable too.Oxbow stepped in and replaced a thermostat that I had to buy per my previous company to avoid spending over $1000 on a simple residential std. system My cousin recommended Oxbow, now I do too.

Oxbow is the way to go! After trying two other companies and being completely dissatisfied with their service, Oxbow got the job done and saved the day!

Our townhouse has a Daikin split unit that was installed by Sky and they did a very shotty job including not registering any of our parts and units.. We didn't trust Sky to do any of the maintenance and repairs since they wanted to keep up charging.

We called Apollo because I knew them by reputation and they seemed like the sound choice. Apollo came and serviced our units. After 1 week from the service our unit completely stopped working. We called Apollo, they came out and said it was a code read error, reset it, charged us and left. 2 hours later the units stopped working with the same issue. It took us a week of calls to Apollo to get them to come back out and look at it. They did not fix it, instead offered us a crazy high quote for multiple possibilities. We spent weeks trying to get in touch with our technician with questions and help only to be continuously ghosted.

Finally I gave up and thought I would try my luck with Oxbow! They were AWESOME! They squeezed us in quickly. Found the problem immediately, offered us a fair quote and was able to get the repairs done within the week.

My infant, toddler, husband and mother thank you! We are so happy to have our heat working again during this insanely cold season.

Don't bother with anyone else. Oxbow will take care of it!

Our heat went out at the start of a cold streak. A tech was available next day and took care of the problem quickly and easily - no new parts required to get our heat working! Tech was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had awful service with Sky and Apollo. So happy Oxbow came through for us!

They aren't the cheapest but I would rather pay more for exceptional service than poor service. Amazing technicians. Kind, respectful and I felt safe with them in my home.
