Oxbow Heating is great! Bryant is wonderful and always knows exactly what to do to do maintenance or repair. So knowledgeable.

During the heatwave our central AC went out. Unfortunately we had not kept up on basic maintenance and the condenser was dirty and caused the compressor to overheat and stop working. We cleaned the condenser, changed the filter and called Oxbow for service. Bryant came out on the service call. He verified that everything was working and explained that the compressor has an internal safety that shuts off the compressor when it overheats. The compressor had reset and was working again which was my biggest fear. Bryant then went through the house helping to find the vents that were blocked to allow more airflow. The AC works much better now. I appreciate the time that he spent. I was surprised when we received the bill. They charged $0.00 for going through the AC system as part of their no cool warranty.

Excellent service by professional team came to identify our problems with AC.
It was determined we required a new system and it was decided a new furnace would also be installed. We were given detailed information about what work was needed, when it could be completed.
The team exceeded expectations on every level from initial contact, during installation to completion.
The office staff does a great job taking care of you each and every time you call, this is Amazing and was noticed and Appreciated.

Couldn’t be happier with Oxbow heating and cooling. I had an old system that was noisy and the ductwork was leaking. And then I had AC added and the the company that did that ended up reducing airflows to parts of the house

Oxbow came out and we discussed options. They ended up completely relocating the furnace and modifying ductwork so that the air flows were what they should be. The relocation of the furnace also reduced the noise in the house significantly. Oxbow’s pricing was very competitive and the install was completed in a very timely manner

Refreshing to have a contractor explain what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it and how much it will cost and that’s exactly what you get

Great service. Recently bought a house and the AC unit stopped working properly shortly thereafter (go figure). Called Oxbow, spoke with Corey and got scheduled that week. Our service tech, Bryant Swartz was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly get our unit back up and was very helpful. Among fixing our issue, he provided some maintenance tips and things to look out for of our particular system going forward.

These guys treat their customers like family. Straight shooters, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. If you are considering getting a new unit or just need a service for your unit, do yourself a favor and call them. I appreciate the time that was taken to explain how the ducted and ductless systems work, along with the new thermostat and remote controls. You were even sweet to my dogs and that means a lot!! Thanks to ALL of you, now my little home is back to being toasty and warm, and heat will no longer be an issue when it snows!!

Genuine customer service, expert advice, and knowledgeable service. This company returned my call during an ice storm last year and advised over the phone the likely issue, which allowed me to fix my furnace and keep my family warm. Even with the tremendous workload and calls, they took the time to call me back and advise. Whereas other companies didn’t call back even when things settled from the craziness of the ice storm.

Today I hired them for routine service. I was impressed with the care, attention to detail, recommendations, and customer service.

Oxbow was highly recommended to me by friends. They were very responsive to my furnace issue. Bryant came out quickly and got my furnace working, replaced my thermostat and programmed it for me and answered the gazillion questions that I had. He was extremely thorough, friendly, and patiently answered my questions, even those that had nothing to do with the furnace. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them to replace my air conditioning unit when the time comes.

All I can say is AMAZING!!!! My air conditioner went out on a 90 degree day with a house full of out of town guest. I called Corey and he had someone out within a few hours. Bryant was quick and professional. Best in town!
