Kenny McDonald, our service technician, was excellent! Following his diagnostic work, he summarized his findings and explained the results and repair options to us with a level of detail that was easy for us to understand. He was also kind, courteous, thoughtful and professional in delivering great customer service. We highly recommend Kenny for your HVAC service needs based on our experience working with him.

Jason Flaherty provided quotes for air conditioning for my house this morning. He was very professional and informative. He even gave me some tips that will enable my furnace to work more efficiently. (I had closed few returns and added charcoal filters, and these were making my furnace work harder ) I have not yet made my final decision, but I was very impressed by Jason's knowledge and experience.

Yesterday we had our heat pump installed. Our brilliant, professional, friendly, and patient team of Nate, Mikiah, Steve, Dan, Brett, Brian, and Matt made it a breeze! Everything and every step was communicated, they worked so well and efficiently as a team, that I had absolutely no concerns. 10/10 will use again, as they represent many different skills and talents. My partner and I highly recommend them, and feel extremely comfortable with their service! Also, Ella in the office is pretty cool, too!

Sky was recommended to us. We’re very happy with the service we received. Eric was informative and didn’t push to sell us more. He broke down what was needed and gave us a plan to complete all repairs and service.

We had our 6 month service for our heat pump and air handler. Ryan was a very pleasant young man, punctual, and knowledgeable. He answered a couple of my questions and at the end of my appointment went over the specifics of our system. We are very happy with our decision to go with Sky Heating. Great service, easy to make appointment and quality equipment.

Ryan did a great job — as always! — on maintaining our furnace (which we purchased from Sky Heating several years ago). He is fast and efficient and then takes time to explain what he did and show us pictures of each area he worked on. He is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Sky Heating.

This is the second time we've called Sky. Once again they responded to our call immediately, came the very next morning and by 1pm we had a new water heater installed. David was polite, very informative and really knew his craft. He explained our options and was patient as we asked questions. He was every bit as skilled and professional as the electrician we had from Sky do work for us previously. Really appreciate the work ethic and customer service we have experienced from this company!

We discussed some additional options but no hard sell. Thank you for getting the job done and for your patience with my dogs. COMMENT FOR WAYNE. I’m having problems with my furnace so I called Sky Heating for help. The on-site tech service was great! WAYNE was very friendly and professional and explained the possible repair options - with associated costs - which allowed me to make an informed decision about the best repair option within my budget. I’m waiting for parts to finish the repair but I’m hopeful my issue is resolved so my stay-at-home dogs remain cozy. Because isn’t that what it’s all about!

Joe was so good. He asked questions, listen to my concerns, and addressed everything very thoroughly. He went beyond my concerns, and offered advice more on the side of prevention maintenance, which I really appreciated. He also immediately contacted the team to schedule a second visit to address the issues that could not be completed during his visit. I highly recommend Joe and the whole team!

I cannot say enough good things about this team. My heat went out in the middle of winter. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were on time for both appointments. They are very affordable and very efficient at their work. I had a new heater within 72 hours. I highly recommend this company for your Heating And Cooling needs.

Eric was incredibly thorough with his diagnostic with our furnace. He explained everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done, with pictures and everything. Overall we needed to clean and replace most of the furnace, which was scary due to cost, but he broke it down for us in parts so we could take care of small sections over time. That is what trust worthy and quality service looks like. I felt very much at ease with everything due to his attention to detail. Thank you, Eric!

Edited in addition to my first review:
I had contacted Sky again for a plumbing need, as my toilet had a leak somewhere. Tim P. Came to "diagnose" the issue, simply felt the leak was coming from underneath the tank and without further investigation to pinpoint exactly where it was leaking from, as well as not even checking the entire quality of my toilet, told me I needed to pay over $1k for a brand new toilet....now I understand we are all trying to make money, but I think it's also safe to say that being told right away that I needed a new toilet was not professional or trustworthy by any means. I got a second opinion and fixed the problem for $50. Not impressed by Tim and I kind of felt taken advantage of.

When our favorite heating/cooling company got sold, we tried several other companies but weren't totally happy, so this time I decided to call Sky Heating when our furnace began having problems, and I'm so glad we did! The office staff was friendly and helpful, and got us on the schedule quickly.

Eric Velasquez, our technician, was awesome! He was able to diagnose the complicated problem, ordered the necessary parts, and was back out within a week to get them installed. In the process, he educated us about the best settings for our thermostat to give us the best energy savings and answered all our questions about our system. He was friendly and efficient, and never once pressured us after giving us several options about upgrading our existing system, which we really appreciated. Our furnace/heat pump now work perfectly!

Eric was on time each time he came out, and I really appreciated the app showing us when he'd get here.

Based on this positive experience, we have now found our new heating/cooling/plumbing and electrical company! Thanks, Eric!

**EDIT** I forgot to say that Eric found the source of a weird clunking noise coming from our furnace that's been going on for months and it's gone now! And that he was the most informative and educated technician that we've ever had before! ♥♥♥

I've been using Clawson for years now. They are fantastic. Today I had my air conditioner serviced. The tech they sent was super respectful and knowledgeable about social distancing and didn't even need to come inside my house. My AC unit is in great shape thanks to their great service! Thank you to everyone at Clawson!

Our furnace had gone out during a cold snap so I was calling around to find someone who was available as soon as possible. Although it was several days before we could get a repairman it was the soonest any business offered. The woman that took my call was kind, caring and pleasant. The repairman was exceptional in his communication skills, knowledge and thoroughness. We will be customers whenever we need work or maintenance done based on this very good experience!

I have been doing business with Clawson for a year now and they have been very responsive to my needs. They have come out twice for system down situations, board level fuses and suspicious odor, and twice for system maintenance. They always worked me into their schedule and resolved the problem quickly. Their techs are knowledgable and friendly and explain things clearly. I recommend them highly.

From the very first contact with Clawson Heating we were treated with a real concern for our heating needs. They were able to work us into their already busy schedule. Dustin the technician was very proficient and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

Clawson installed a brand new Trane AC unit and furnace in my home. Removal and install went pretty well although we suffered from the same supply chain delay issues that affected everything else this year. Clawson offered to speed up the process by providing equipment from a more readily available manufacturer, but I waited it out.

Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and when maintenance was needed, there was an immediate response from a professional, courteous, and effective team.

Prices were slightly higher than average, but you get what you pay for with this company. They even resolved problems created by other contractors! (On a related note, be careful using Willard Power Vac Inc to have your ducts cleaned) When work was needed, they scheduled someone to come out the next day, and Brent spent extra time to make sure all our problems were resolved in a very thorough and clean manner.

I referred a high school friend (30+ years) and home owner to Clawson Heating/ Air Conditioning for a service call after a "less than" satisfied experience with a competitor for them (Clawson) for more than 10 years. My contacts were Highly Satisfied with the Service, Fast response, attention to detail and customer needs and will always call on Clawson. Great company. Great Associates and very happy customers. A recommendation to Clawson could have made me look horrible, however- my close friends were very happy with the service. Great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Clawson heating and cooling. First, Chris, the sales associate, provided an estimate that was by far the best in quality and price of any of my other comparisons. I searched and called multiple other similar businesses and only Clawson had zero complaints on the Better Business Bureau, While offering the best product. Then the contractors who installed my Mitsubishi mini split ductless heat pump, Tyler and Aaron, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and efficient. They also arrived exactly on time, with a special basket of goodies for an extra treat. I feel I had the best treatment from this company and their crew that anyone could ever wish. I would highly recommend them!

I called in on a Sunday and had a technician in my house within 2 hours. Again, this was a Sunday when the office is only open for emergencies. After ruling out a couple of variables, we decided together to reschedule time on Monday as some poor home wiring needed to be redone. Chris was back the next day and finished up fairly quick.

Earlier in the year I signed up for a 3 year maintenance program. Mostly because the office was amongst the kindest and helpful I have ever worked with. Talk about service with a smile you could hear through the phone! So glad I did - Chris was awesome. Knew what he was doing. Explained everything to me. Even asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was at my house (in a mask the entire time).

I highly recommend Clawson!
