    Door install. Bought a door from Home Depot they coordinated the contractor and was able to get it installed. I will say, there was an install error on the first attempt by the contractor. A new door needed to be acquired and yet another install needed to happen. I contacted Home Depot and they submitted a work order to rectify - no cost but time for me. I did have to follow up just to ensure it would be rectified. Overall, 5 stars. Mistakes happen, and the fact it was rectified with customer service is all that matters.

    "I chose Home Depot for my carpet replacement because of the free installation offer, but the process was a headache. Because of a pet urine issue, the job required two trips. Despite paying a $100 trip fee, I had to micromanage every step. Communication between Home Depot and the installers was nonexistent; I was constantly told my requests 'weren’t standard' or 'weren't in the notes.' Even though furniture moving was included, the measurement tech incorrectly reported we had no furniture, forcing me to make over 10 phone calls to fix the error. Be prepared to be your own advocate if you use them."
