Was excellent service Nicole was able to work with a measurement we had from 9 months ago and able to order and coordinate the delivery of our special order of lux vinyl flooring deliver 3 days before the project! Delmar was excellent. Knew his craft and was polite, clean, exceedingly knowledgeable , very willing and a generally top notch employee.
Went to make a "quick" purchase, a tool. First must wait to get a staff member to unlock tool. Then during checkout associate jumps in to perform a transaction I am fully able to handle. Associate repeatedly fumbles the transaction. First sends transaction to wrong type of card. Recover from that, then associate completes transaction. I get no receipt. Wanted both email and paper. When I complain I get a "that's how we do it here". Eventually get a printed receipt. Look at it when I return home and receipt says duplicate, not valid for refund. And on top of that, there is a video recording during transaction. Home Depot is now taking video of customers performing transactions. Wonder if they hand the video to ICE. Next up, I'll get charged a fee when I make a make purchase.
