With upcoming visits from friends and family, I was in need of both upholstery and carpet cleaning. I made contact with B&A on Thursday night after work hours and by Friday, I had an appointment booked for Saturday. The crew showed up at exactly appointment time (prompt!) and quickly toured my home and provided an actual quote. The team went to work and checked in with me through the work to secure my satisfaction . They worked diligently and really respected and cared for my home. You can predict the quality of the work by the way the team presents themselves and the quality and care they put into their equipment including the interior the van which was orderly and clean. I was so incredibly happy with the quality of work, the price point and the professionalism of the staff that I distributed business cards around to my neighbors. I will definitely hire this company again - they even cleaned an area rug they needed some TLC. They earned my future business!!! Don’t hesitate giving this company a call - you will be happy you selected them!

I recommend mountian view to everyone. My old carpets in my bedrooms feel like new and look amazing! After drying they are so soft.. They dried fast and did not feel crusty like they do after the commercial company I have used in the past. The rooms smell was clean no chemical or wet smell.

Had a last-minute emergency. Came home from a 3-day vacation and the person I had paid to take care of my dog did a less-than-ideal job. Quite sure she was not even let out today as there are spots all over my carpet. Mountain View is the second place I called today and the first one I was able to schedule an appointment with. Maybe 2 hours later they were at my door. Spots have been treated and I cannot tell where they ever were. Thanks kyle ! I will be calling you again when we do the rest of the house this summer.
