A great experience from start to finish. I was impressed being able to book online right away. Received a confirmation via text, as well as an alert when José was on his way. José is professional and courteous. He did an excellent job cleaning our very dirty couch and even cleaned the area rug the couch is on as a bonus. I highly recommend this company and will work with them again.

Jose is a 10! He provided great communication, was punctual, and took steps to prevent their equipment from damaging my floors and walls. He cleaned three (pet savaged) carpets in about 90 minutes and for a great low price!

We got our stairs, hallway, and 3 bedrooms cleaned and couldn’t be happier! After 3 years of living in our home with two dogs, we really needed a cleaning. I love how easy it was to schedule a cleaning and the pricing was transparent and straightforward. Jose was very communicative, punctual, and got the job done within 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Jose son, Jafet came out to do my living room and den room. Got them to come in today for a extra fee. Professional equipment gets the job done efficiently and with quality for reasonable price.

My daughter found them for me. I am expecting out of state company and was soooo grateful that Jose had availability at the last minute (luckily).

Jafet did a walk-thru and I showed him all the pet stains from my 3 pets on light carpet upstairs.

They came in and pre-treated all the stains first, then he and his co-worker made QUICK work of cleaning 3 bedrooms, a hall and a flight of stairs.

It seemed like they brought their equipment in (I asked if they needed a toilet for disposal, but I guess that's the 'old' way of carpet cleaning), but they were DONE and GONE in a FLASH!

They did an EXCELLENT job. IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE MY CARPET!

ps-Forgot an important item: Before they moved their equipment in, they laid a waterproof, rubber runner to protect wood floor downstairs.

The 2 guys that came to clean our carpets paid attention to our concerns and really did an AMAZING job. I never leave reviews but when I’m pleased and happy with the service I HAVE TO leave a review so everyone can get the same experience I do.

Jose did a great job cleaning our carpets! He also stretched them and we can’t thank him enough for his work.
He is a polite, hard working, efficient man who wants to do a great job.
His first job got him behind schedule but he reached out and let us know ahead of time. I had planned on being home all day to accommodate for that so it was no problem for us!
At the end, he made sure he had cleaned up and left without a trace (besides leaving CLEAN, fresh carpet) He even helped move furniture that we didn’t think we needed to move!

Jose was a delight to work with. I had him clean the carpets in my mom's home in Hillsboro, after it was cleared out by an estate sale company. This was complicated by the fact that I am in New York. Jose texted me, called me for clarification on an issue, and sent me pictures of the final process. It exceeded my expectations! Price was very competitive and service outstanding! 5 stars!!!

Jose was right on time and very professional and friendly. He completely restored my carpet and it looks so fantastic. It had a lot of stains and pet odor from kids and dog. His price was reasonable, $210 for basic cleaning and pet odor treatment. The other places I called were quoting $275+ and didn’t have nearly as good reviews as Jose. Highly recommend!

I’m so pleased with the work Jose did on Monday, February 9, 2026. He cleaned wall-to-wall carpet across all three floors of my townhome — living room, staircase, three bedrooms, hallways, and landings — and the results are outstanding. Everything looks bright, fresh, and smells great. The carpets hadn’t been deep cleaned in easily a year and a half.
I really appreciated that Jose came personally rather than sending a team. It meant he and I could talk through exactly what needed to be done without me feeling overwhelmed by a crew of workers in my home.
I recently had hip replacement surgery and was very limited in my ability to move anything. Jose was incredibly detail-oriented in coordinating with me — he handled all the furniture moving himself, efficiently clearing each room, cleaning underneath, and putting everything back. He was very sensitive to my concerns about fragile furniture and careful with carpets already in place, quickly problem-solving each situation as it came up.
He tackled some very tough challenges — pet stains and odors, heavy traffic stains on the stairs, hallways, and landings from recent contractors going up and down during home renovations. Between my recovery and being exhausted from surgery, I haven’t always been able to get my dog outside in time, so there were some challenging pet spots throughout. Jose got them all out — stains and odors gone.
What really stood out was his patience. As I talked through the situation and things changed dynamically, he never rushed me. You can tell he has tremendous experience. He even mentioned follow-up in the days to come — what a peace of mind and relief.
If you have fine furniture and want care to be taken, if you’re limited in your ability to move furniture due to a medical situation, if you need pet stain and odor removal, if you want expertise at the highest level with speed and efficiency while working with someone who has patience and kindness about your situation — Jose is your guy. Clean as a ninja is an amazing company. I heard about them when I was referred by my friend who told me that Andrea Hernandez ( owner) and crew had given 6 months of there service FREE to clean for a family that was going through cancer. The kindness of her and her other 2 girls was beyond amazing . Not to mention coming home to my house smelling and clean was relaxing . PLEASE HIRE HER IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF CLEANING. Her heart and soul is so beautiful.
