Jose was amazing! Set the expectation before working that he may not be able to get the smell out of the carpet. (From my failed attempt at shampooing my carpet myself) He said he would try! End result was 1000X better. Would definitely recommend. When I first called I got a prompt response and was able to get an appt within days (on a holiday weekend) when other places were out over a week!
