Reviews of local pros in Hood River, Oregon

We have been using Pure Gorge for years. They provide exceptional service, professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness to input. They work with clients to meet individual needs. The love our pets and sometimes leave us nice notes about where they focused each week.
This is a great local business.

After some on line searches for house keeping services, I am stoked to have run into Pure Gorge Cleaning. They offer very clear services and scope of work. This is a welcomed approach for house keeping services as it is a fairly subjective arena. Kate and her team were very informative and detailed orientated on setting up the cleaning all the way through the cleaning it itself. Given the scope of work outlined on their website, I also found them to be very accommodating on meeting our needs. Once the crew showed up for a move out clean, they helped prioritize specific areas as to not over run our budget. Overall, the service was top notch from scheduling to the work itself. Their attention to detail was truly awesome!

We employed Pure Gorge for my elderly Mother-in-Law's home, a twice a month cleaning of her home. She has been very pleased and says the cleaners are very friendly and professional. I appreciate Emily's prompt contacts/reminders with me prior to their arriving to her house.

Every time I come home after Pure Gorge has cleaned my home, I am in a state of pure bliss. My kitchen and bathrooms sparkle, the stainless steel on my fridge and dishwasher is spotless, and the baseboards shine like new. What’s more, the house smells like heaven! As if that all weren’t enough, I feel good knowing that the Pure Gorge Cleaning team uses non-toxic cleaners in our home – so I don’t have to worry about what my family and I are breathing in.

The Pure Gorge team is easy to get in touch with, always on time, attentive to every detail, and genuinely caring. I am happy to support such an outstanding business with truly the best employees!

Highly recommend Pure Gorge Cleaning. We used them to clean three train cars and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend. They were super fast at scheduling us and even added an extra car to clean last minute! Top notch service all the way around!

Cannot give enough praise for the quality of the work and professionalism of the team that cleaned my house. I was very Impressed with the initial contact with Pure Gorge Cleaning and ease of scheduling . They were responsive to all my questions and working with me on any concerns regarding my first cleaning. The results were outstanding and I have set up a regular schedule as a result!

Pure Gorge Cleaning provides a professional, high quality home cleaning service. The cleaning associates always arrive on time, are very pleasant, and do a great job cleaning in the time allotted. If you request a deeper clean, Pure Gorge is happy to add more hours to complete the service on an "as needed" basis. The owner Kate Oldfield runs a great business and is always available by phone, text, or email. I would highly recommend Pure Gorge Cleaning to anyone needing cleaning services!

We started working with Kate and her team a few summers ago and have used them regularly every two weeks while we're here in Hood River. Kate is very professional and responsive in her communication. The cleanings are always thorough and done on time. We love having a deeper clean done when we first arrive for the season. Our home smells and feels so clean afterwards. We love using Pure Gorge Cleaning - it frees us up to do all the fun things we love to do in the Gorge during the summers! I highly recommend them.

Excellent company! We have used Pure Gorge Cleaning for a good number of months now, and have been impressed with their efforts to not only clean, but also to happily incorporate specific detailing we've requested along the way. Full thumbs up to P.G.C. I easily recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, and fresh house!

The quality of Pure Gorge Cleaning is excellent. They are dependable and use non toxic products. I prefer a morning appointment and they always keep that time frame. I recently had them do a new construction comprehensive clean at my parents’ house and it was fantastic!

Pure Gorge Cleaning has just finished the first month, three visits, and I couldn't be more pleased. The house is spotless and even smells good when they finish. They arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently, and even dust the baseboards. The bathrooms and kitchen positively gleam, and as one reviewer said, I also feel like entertaining after they have been here. I had my first dinner party in years. Thank you Kate and your wonderful, friendly, hard working crew!

I really appreciated working with Pure Gorge Cleaning. They were there when they said they would be. No surprises, professional and above all the cleaning was impeccable! I will use them again and definitely recommend them for your move out. My place looked brand new when they left.

I am a long term customer of Pure Gorge, enthusiastically grateful and loyal! Because we are responsible for several properties and also like to support two family households, many times a year we rely on a team doing a clean - always customized to our needs and the needs of the residents — post-construction, move-out, unusual allergies, special family needs — and 100% of the time we are delighted with the results. The employees are wonderful, and always go above and beyond. Hooray for the non-toxic products, protecting us, the employees, and the Gorge. I also appreciate supporting a business that supports its employees with decent income and benefits.
