Pure Gorge recently did a complete clean of our home in preparation for biweekly cleans. We arrived home after the clean and found areas we had yet to clean in our 5 years of living there to be utterly spotless! The communication with staff is seamless and precise. I would highly recommend this company!

Services are always easy to schedule. So far, I've met four technicians from Pure Gorge — all are friendly, hard-working, efficient, lovely people. My house has never been so clean or smelled so good. The Gorge is a windy/dusty place, my dogs track in a lot of guff, plus I have kids. I decided to treat myself to a seasonal deep clean — and I'm never looking back! SO VERY WORTH IT.

I've had Maddie from Pure Gorge Cleaning working with me for about 4-5 months and I enjoy having her in my home and helping me with my housekeeping. Two people came the first time since I hadn't had spring cleaning done in years. They worked efficiently and did a great job. Now Maddie maintains my home once a month and I love the results! She does a great job helping me deal with issues due to my mobility, making it easier for me after she's left, like making my bed a special way and arranging wedges for support. She's so caring about all that. Their office always checks a day or two ahead of time to confirm our appointment for that certain date. It's super easy to pay for services. I like having a link texted to me, then I just confirm the use of a card that I'd given beforehand for the amount due that day. I made a great choice in using Pure Gorge Cleaning!

Side note: I checked out Angie's List and found pages and pages of complaints from both employees and customers. When I checked into Pure Gorge Cleaning, I found pages and pages FULL of positive reviews and was so impressed I didn't look anywhere else. I'd rather hire someone and pay them directly, then have money given to Angie for finding someone and have to deal with issues. I am delighted with Pure Gorge Cleaning.

Pure Gorge has been great! The first time was for a construction clean and they did a great job cleaning all the building grime and dust, we were immediately move in ready when they finished! I then had a follow up for a deep cleaning after we had been in for a year and once again was very pleased! They covered all surfaces and made sure to clean under all our furniture, my son was thrilled when more of his nerf bullets were found :) definitely recommend Pure Gorge!!!

Pure Gorge used their own cleaning products made from simple, natural ingredients and many are enhanced with health benefiting essential oils. Good for me, my home, and our planet. We set up a regular cleaning for our business and have had no issues, sort of set it and forget it style. They work around our schedule so we can come into an office that was cleaned the night before. We work with sensitive client information and Pure Gorge went through the process to get certified by our back office. We would recommend them if you’re looking for a non-disruptive professional parter for cleaning.

Pure Gorge did a great job cleaning our home while we were out of town! Everything we asked them to clean got cleaned, and they left our house spotless. We felt comfortable having the technician let themselves in and lock up on the way out, which is a great feeling while being away from home! We have already referred some friends to hire Pure Gorge for their services!

My company hosts some international exchange students who were living in a rental unit in Hood River. Since our company is Spokane based, I had to coordinate cleaning of the unit from a distance. All along the way Lea was EXTREMELY communicative and made sure I was taken care of. We needed it to be move-in ready as the landlord was flipping the unit very quickly. They were there when I needed them to be and provided EXCEPTIONAL and thorough cleaning services. I will definitely be calling them again next year!

Reliably good service...I am particular about cleaning and appreciate the thoroughness of gal assigned to us. It's more expensive using a bigger company and so customers have to pay more to cover the admin costs that don't happen with a small business or individuals which is the primary drawback (minus 1 star).

Pure Gorge Cleaning has done a fabulous job cleaning our business' office and new construction homes! They are fabulous to work with, setting up cleaning times is easy, and they do a marvelous job cleaning! The office smells great and looks terrific after each cleaning. The new construction homes have been spotless, which is no small task with the dust and grime. I'd recommend them to others!
