Kari’s Top Notch Cleaning is the best! When I sold my house there was a tight schedule between moving out and the new buyers arriving. Kari and her crew worked their magic and left a clean home an hour before the buyers got the keys. Thank you again for being amazing! Absolutely recommend them!

Kari and her team have been cleaning our AirBNB for a few years and they are amazing! I don’t know how we would rent our house without her! She is communicative and super responsive and always shows up as planned. That seems like a given but we have had experiences before meeting Kari that have shown us how hard this is to come by. In addition, they do a tremendous job! The house is so clean and beautiful every time. If you are considering hiring Kari, stop considering and just do it! You will not regret it!

An amazing experience and a level of clean I certainly didn’t expect. I contacted the owner (Kari) in a panic as I was moving, but my health was preventing me from being able to clean the apartment after leaving. The Top Notch crew came in and cleaned the apartment to a level that it hadn’t been at since it was new. It certainly wasn’t that clean when I moved in. Thank you Top Notch for saving the day!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Expect to be overcharged and minimal communication. I hired Kari to clean an empty house mid-week. There was no coordination prior cleaning, she called the day of service asking how to get into the house. Upon entry she immediately tried to upsell me into an added service for the smell of my garage, literally from opening the garage door to walking into the house while on the phone. After a brief consultation and explaining I wanted a general interior cleaning, I didn't hear from Kari until after 6p that evening. There was no mention of what was completed in the cleaning, how long it took nor the total cost.

When I looked through the house the next day, I noticed shoe marks on the floor, missed spots in house and our minimal kitchen items had been thrown in the garbage. A week later I get a $600+ bill, informed that two people spent over 5hrs cleaning and a defensive attitude when questioned about the numbers.

I hired an alternate local cleaner for an another similar sized extremely dirty property with far superior communication and pricing.

For better communication and service, find other alternatives to this business!

Matt was awesome. He showed up at the arranged time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. There wasn't any mess to clean up. He did his work in about an hour.

Scheduling was easy and shortly before the scheduled appointment I received a text letting me know the tech was on his way. It included a picture of the tech and a short bio.
The tech was great. He took time to explain things and answer my questions.

Really nice guy, explained everything and did a great job. My furnace was making a funny noise that my wife picked up and he looked at it and I needed to have a part replaced and he did that along with my routine furnace maintenance. This review is dated September 29, 2025. Looking forward to seeing one of your great specialists out here next spring for my AC maintenance.

Matt also came out to my house today on December 1 for my routine fall cleaning of my furnace. He did a great job and explained everything to me and we discussed when to do routine maintenance on both my AC unit which also was by A&E. Ken L.

AC issues in heat wave. Quick response in scheduling and tech Matt was efficient, knowledgeable and caring! Issue identified and part replacements were sourced and installed by Matt! All on a warranty provided by previous installer.

Called for service and Barrie was here in less than an hour. I understand they were able to be here fast, and was only here for 5min. But the price was not expected. Not Barrie's fault, he did great.

Our air conditioner quit on Friday, a record heat day. A&E was able to find an appointment for us on Monday morning. Matt White called and was able to come an hour early. He put on shoe covers and began work. He pretty quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He recommended getting a dehumidifier. I showed him our dehumidifier that had not worked for several years. He fixed that too! I have never been so relieved and happy with a repair of any kind.

I was very satisfied with the service from A&E. Brandon and Zach were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned the duct system with no mess to the rest of my house. They provided information about what they were doing and answered all questions.

Matt White and Troy did a fantastic job on our annual furnace tune up. Showed up on time, wore the proper gear in my house. Took the time to check filters, change them, made sure my furnace was ready for the winter season. Signed up for the maintenance plan!

The A and E Heating and AC team Mike, Greg and Zach were great to work with. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and took care to keep things cleaned up. The three room mini split system is amazing. The heat pump super quiet. Great experience!

Carson Cooper was here to do annual maintenance on our furnace.
He was friendly, efficient, and professional and spent the time to inform me about some of the tests that he performed and showed me parts he cleaned and checked. I want to have him back for annual maintenance under our maintenance service plan. We appreciate A&E and their wonderful staff!

A&E was recommended to us by our neighbors, we called to have our broken-down old heat pump replaced along with the heat handler. Karin came out and gave us our options with a quote.
Jake and Davey did the installation within a week. They also brought in the electrician. We purchased the Trane set.
The entire process was seamless and super professional.

They were so nice when I called, desperate because it's winter and my furnace motor blew after a power outage. The technician was very professional and explained all my options to me and my landlord. We appreciated their prompt service and compassion.

Really knowledgeable and kind team. Dan came by recently and was absolutely great. Found an issue, fixed it quickly, and helped us think through what to do going forward. We’d highly recommend A&E!
