Both Technicians Zach Sherwood & Greg were professional and kind. They were very helpful and informative which I appreciated. They cleaned up all the spaces they were in and left it just like it was when they arrived. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that showed up for A&E plumbing was very professional, very informative and he really did a great job and he made sure that every area that he went into was kept clean and then also did a very excellent job of cleaning events I could see before and after I was very pleased with it afterwards, he did try to upsell And I was OK with that. That’s just part of the deal and it sounds like a good thing I just didn’t wanna go for it right now. I will look into it more this summer coming up, but I believe that I Picked a good choice in A&E plumbing. Zach was awesome thank you again.

John and Tyler came out to install our new furnace. They were on time and got right to the job of removing the old furnace and then getting the new installation done. When finished they checked everything out, gave us our paperwork for the inspection and answered our questions. They were very friendly and easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the job they did!

Although I was not on site for the install, I appreciated the texts letting us know that the service techs were arriving. According to my brother, everything went smoothly and the company reps were professional and easy to deal with. My interactions with Karin went well. I had questions about the financing and they were answered to my satisfaction.

A&E was great. From scheduling my furnace maintenance to completed work. Carson was on time, professional and polite. He explained everything he did and was respectful of my home.
Most importantly I didn’t feel ripped off. There was no unnecessary up selling like I experienced with other HVAC companies. I will definitely continue to use their service.

I called because my furnace was randomly blowing cold air Barry came out and indicated furnace was overheating to blockage and he fixed it. after he left continued to have the same problem, they came back out and said it was a high limit switch it took them 15 days to get the switch and they replaced it still not fixed I have paid them over 850.00 and still have the same problem. I called back and Jackie advised they would send Barry back out but I would probably be charged for a service call. I asked how that could be if I have paid you over 850.00 and am still having the same issue? she said she would talk to Barry and call me back. I have not heard from anyone yet. I feel like I was ripped off.

Matt was great as usual. He is a perfect balance of personable and professional. He worked efficiently and did the maintenance check that we had asked for, plus was kind enough to climb under the house to check for water after we got flooded by the sandy river. Making the appointment and further talking to the office staff was very pleasant. My technician (Carson) was very knowledgeable. I had never dealt with a heat pump in past home's and he answered all my questions. He was a very respectful young man and very kind. I will use this business in the future and would highly recommend it for your heating and cooling needs.

A & E Plumbing, Heating & Air did an excellent job replacing our old ductless heat pump and mini-split system. John and Tyler were outstanding—clear and timely in their communication, extremely conscientious in their work, and consistently courteous and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was done right. The experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. I've used A&E several times, for minor and major issues (replacing a water tank and a furnace, as well as advising on a hydronic flooring issues). Always professional, always on time. Today's callout was no exception. We had a water leak from an upstairs pipe connected to our hydronic heating and, with that much pressure in the system, we didn't feel comfortable overtightning it ourselves and possibly making the issue worse. They came out within a couple of hours of me calling and fixed it straight away.

From the bid process to the install, everything went smoothly. We are members of their 'Club' for heating and cooling to keep our systems well maintained. Carson came out to check our furnace, and let us know we should start considering replacement. We knew eventually we needed to replace ducts, and figured, it was worth getting a bid and considering. Rick came out and discussed the process, what he would recommend, and showed us various options. Nobody ever wants to spend heaps, but the bid came in at less than we feared. Our flexible ductwork was removed from an addition, all the rigid we had in the original part of the house was cleaned, then all the ducts were sealed, taking leaks down to almost nil! We now have a new furnace, earthquake protection, an air purifier, basically everything we could think of! Mike, Greg, Tyler, Shawn... gee I hope I am remembering everyone.... we're all friendly, professional, prompt, ready and willing to do the work and kept us apprised of what they were doing. Let's put it this way: we are already discussing working with A&E for their plumbing services. Our home is much more comfortable thanks to A&E!

I cannot recommend Jairo at McDowell & Son highly enough! He recently came out to service our heat pump in the Gorge, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
