My heat pump had started making a funny loud noise during start up, so I called and scheduled an appointment. Matt showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace a few worn out parts. He spent the time to clean in and around the unit in anticipation of the coming winter months. Overall very satisfied with the work.

I was more than pleased with Aaron's work at my home replacing my tub and showers water regulators. He did an excellent job of installing them and cleaned up after the jobs were done.

I was delighted to get Dan for my service tech because of the excellent work he did a couple of years ago to diagnose an intermittent fault on a circuit board that turned out to be present in several other customers' furnace circuit boards as well. Great service call...

If i could leave less than one star I would. DO NOT use this company, call Chinook instead. I'm attaching the invoice, and photos to correlate. When I called, they stood behind the $221 cost for a 3' clear tube! A CLEAR THREE FOOT TUBE! The condenser, which they say costs $446 is available on Amazon for $59. This was a 1.5 hr service call.

Barry was great and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my furnace and heat pump to be sure all was working well with no parts or repairs needed. I highly recommend A&E.

A&E sent Zack and Brandon to clean and seal my furnace ductwork this week. The whole experience was good. The person I made the appointment with was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment right away. Zack and Brandon were friendly and informative. They worked efficiently, organized their work to minimize disruption, and made a point of keeping my house and their work area clean. This is the latest of several services A&E has done for me. I've been highly satisfied each time.

The A&E technician, Carson Cooper, came to do an annual furnace maintenance job. He did a great job helping me understand how our gas furnace functions and what he was doing every step of the way. He showed me how to change the air filter and marked the furnace with an arrow to show which way the air filter should be turned. I like the way A&E technicians will change the air filter during a maintenance visit if we have one on hand that fits.

We called for a duct cleaning because it was apparent that we had lots of dust coming out of the vents. We were suffering from allergy like symptoms. We were able to get an appointment within a week! Brandon was our tech and he was so gentle with our pets and respectful. We had lots of questions. He was a real pleasure. And our ducts are working so much better! Highly recommend getting this done if you have never done it!

I specifically asked to have the "heat sensor" CABLE to be replaced: it was NOT! My normal HVAC man had on on back order but was out of town and could not get it replaced quickly. This was this issue and it would allow the unit to work fine. The cable cost to me was $15.00 plus install. The mechanic quoted me $8,000 for a new system. I am retired and that is cost prohibited. I wan a refund of the service as it was NOT performed and it was any easy fix. Very disappointed!!!

Barrie Gashorn was avery efficient technician. He was thorough & polite. Would recommend him for any HVAC needs. Also appreciate the text message heads up of technician on their way and the emailed report and receipt.

Brandon is a very pleasant employee. He was receptive to listening to the complete issue with our Heating/Cooling system.
If we need service in the future, hope we get Brandon as our tech.

Barrie Goshorn was extremely knowledgeable took less than 10 mins. To figure out what needed to be repaired and answered all my questions. Barrie came back few days later with replacement parts and had it fixed in no time I was very happy.

John and Aaron spent the entire day installing new inside & outside units. They were very thorough and professional. And I definitely have to give a huge shout out to your estimator Karin, she did an amazing job for us at a critical time .

The maintenance for our furnace was completed by Carson - he is awesome! He also gave us a clear estimate on a few things that would help maintain our furnace and heat pump without any pressure.

We have a gas furnace and central air downstairs and ductless heating/cooling upstairs. The technician cleaned and checked all of our devices. He was knowledgeable and made several recommendations for replacement of a broken HVAC unit and additional protection, such as a surge protector and a device to eliminate corrosion on the copper connections on the air conditioner. He even suggested changing the batteries in the ductless heating controllers. Very thorough and provided instructions and information to keep things running smoothly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the technician UPDATE: Barry was here and did all the repairs and upgrades. He was fast and easy to deal with. We are very happy with our services

Our technician, Matt, was experienced and efficient. His evaluation of the situation and furnace repair was thoughtful, and I felt I could trust his assessment. His solution was very fair.
I don't care for their phone answering service as I need to leave a message most times and wait.

Barrie came out and serviced our furnace today. He was on time, professional and did a great job. He was also happy to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained the issue. Thank you for getting us in for a last minute appointment!

It's not often I get to post a positive experience but A&E deserve it. The sales experience was perfect. Pointing out code issues is what sold me. The install crew totalled 5. 3 worked on the AC replacement and 2 worked on the furnace.
I was told it would take 9 hours and it took exactly that. The installations looks fantastic.

Rick Coleman came out and sold us a new furnace and was able to get some changes done we wanted. Tyler and John came out to do the installation and were friendly, informative and clean. Overall great experience. We had our furnace break and in less than 24hrs these guys got a new one installed.

Barrie came to do a residential furnace system maintenence and inspection. Was low key, professional, checked everything over. He mentioned possible purchases which could enhance the system, without pressure to buy. Gave his honest opinion when I asked a question.
