Did a great job cleaning our carpets. Arrived on time. Very professional and nice to work with over the phone and in person.

Nik and Seth did a great job! We had never had our ducts cleaned (!!) and had been experiencing a dusty smell whenever we rean our furnace. When they were done, everything smelled and felt so much better! Both were very professional, friendly and curteous. Highly recommend.

We called A+ on short notice and they were able to get someone in. Nick arrived and was super friendly and efficient. And the carpet looked like new when he was done. Very grateful for their work and would highly recommend!

Contact with A1 was always responsive, gracious and helpful. Put them through a lot of questions about cost, etc. and Chantal and all were consistently kind and informative. The technician, Nick, was also polite, helpful and did a great job on our couch--sorely needed with 2 cats that love to sleep on it! The couch looked about new again when he was done. A bonus: given the (reasonable) price of these kind of things, clients are able to pay in more than one installment. A big help for us for which I am very grateful.

Nick was on time and courteous. He was friendly and did a very thorough job. I didn’t have any major concerned areas, it was just time for a refresh. I had asked about maybe getting pet deodorizing added. He said my house didn’t smell like it needed it, and we decided it wasn’t necessary.

Terrific experience with Michael at A+ who showed up on time and stayed until the job was a done and it was a BIG job. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned out since we moved in 10 years ago and so there was a lot to clean out. Michael was thorough, explained everything he was doing and provided great guidance on continued maintenance with tips on keeping our ducts and dryer vent at optimal levels. When asked how often we should call him, he suggested 3-5 years which did not come across as pushy or self serving. It was pretty expensive but we felt like we got our money's worth and since it was never done in 10+ years' time, it was a necessary expense.

Oh, and he's a Lions' fan, so he could use a nice review. ;)

My whole experience was superb, from the scheduling and estimate on the phone with Chantal, to the day of cleaning with Nick. Very professional organization. Prompt and responsive to all inquiries. The carpet looked better than I hoped - even the spots were all removed! I will use A+ Carpet Cleaning again!

A+ Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet in North Portland. They were quick to respond to estimate request. Showed up on time and preformed the work in a quick and efficient manner. The did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend them.

Nic was incredible! On time, efficient, clear about what he could accommoplish and worked a miracle on sap stain created by five 11 yo girls after they stomped pinecones to tar and ran through the house. He also removed instant hot chocolate stains. You definitely deserve an A+ rating from me.
