We recently had our carpets cleaned for the second year in a row by Mike Honkanen. We asked specifically for him to come back again. He is a very professional, expert carpet cleaner. He is very knowledgeable and congenial, a pleasure to work with.
We have thick cut-pile plush carpet throughout our home which is light beige in color. We love it, but unfortunately it shows every spot and dirty area.
Mike walked with us through the rooms and areas we wanted to have cleaned. The result was a list which included everything we asked for. We had received an estimate for the services we wanted when we made our appointment through Mike’s office. So, there were no expensive surprises for us!
We had the following carpeted areas cleaned: Our large family room, area rugs in the kitchen and large eating area, stairs to the second floor, the master bedroom, a sitting and desk area, and the master bathroom. In addition, we had our very long dryer vent cleaned out.
In a few hours, Mike cleaned everything with great care and attention to details. He removed all the dirt and ugly spots, leaving the carpets looking like new again. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was left behind for cleaning up. We are extremely pleased.

I just hired A+ for the third time, in as many years… time to leave a well deserved review. Chantal is always friendly and prompt when communicating with us. She gets us scheduled and gives an accurate estimate. We’ve had a few different technicians do the work, and every one of them has been professional. They removed stains from light colored carpet that I figured were permanent. I will absolutely be hiring them for my next annual carpet cleaning. Thank you so much A+!

From my first contact with A+ Carpet Cleaning, I felt I was dealing with a company that sincerely cares about the quality their work. They were very thorough in gathering information for the estimate, and left me feeling confident that I would not surprised with extra charges. Mike was friendly and pleasant work with. He was respectful of our home and careful to protect my furniture and walls from damage. He did an amazing job of re-stretching fairly new carpet that had buckled and wrinkled in a large bedroom, and the cleaning brought new life to the carpet. I would absolutely use A+ again and recommend them to anyone in the area.

Our carpets are old but we wanted them to look nice. A+ did a great job, stretching a couple of areas and cleaning them all. He was on-time and worked very hard.

Seth, our technician, was great. Very courteous and did a great job. He explained everything in detail and did what he could to get me a small discount.

My issue was that the price I was charged was almost one 3rd more than what I was originally quoted.

I understand it's difficult to quote accurately until someone shows up, but I've used this company several times and expected them to have a good idea of the size of our house.

Unfortunately it was much more expensive than expected, so ensure you get a more accurate quote before using their services.

These carpet cleaners performed a miracle at my house. Bright green LARGE stain on light carpet was completely gone after their efforts. They were professional, quick and I’m so grateful they were able to get the stain out. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We had flood damage. Mike came out the next day, took out all the water, installed fans, and gave me great advice on how to air the carpet out. Came back when it was dry and gave it a thorough cleaning - looks great! 5 stars!!

I would absolutely recommend this company! We had previously hired them for a carpet cleaning and had a great experience, so decided to hire them for an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They responded quickly with the quote, including a breakdown of the cost. Nik arrived on time (actually early after checking that would be ok), and was professional, polite, and thorough.

Mike and Michael were absolute professionals. They were highly thorough, efficient, and I could not recommend them enough. We were debating between carpet cleaning and brand new carpets for our new home. With young kids and a large dog, we thought it would be more sensible to extend the life of the carpets. We are SO happy with our decision to go with Mike’s team!!
