I wouldn’t use anybody else for my carpets and furniture cleaning ever again. These guys are so thorough and professional. They do an excellent job I highly recommend Gallagher rug and carpet care!

I would highly recommend Gallagher’s rug cleaning. I just recently visited the new Lake Oswego location. This new location is perfect and closer to my house. I dropped off a large area rug and was very impressed with the service, the quick turn around and the beautiful results.

I stopped into this shop to discuss getting my large rugs cleaned and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing ambiance of the shop and high quality customer service. I immediately went home and brought my rugs back for cleaning. The rates are affordable and the staff were very knowledgeable. Much better experience than previous companies I've used. I have used Gallagher’s Rug and Carpet Care for years. Not only have they cleaned the carpets in my house, but they have also cleaned my large area rugs and sofas. My carpets and sofas take a lot of abuse…dogs, cats and grandkids. Gallagher’s makes everything look like new. Everyone is so friendly and wants to do the best for you! I don’t trust anyone else with my carpets and sofas. They are the best!!!

John at Gallagher‘s did a phenomenal job at in-home cleaning a large rug as well as all of the carpet on the steps and upstairs of our West Linn home. The estimate process was efficient and we were happy with the on the spot estimate provided, which we also thought was fair. John was the point person for the entire process outside of scheduling, which is also really nice knowing your speaking with the same person throughout the entire process so details aren’t missed. When the day for the actual cleaning came, he was on time, worked by himself and was done with the job all before the kids got home from school! I am happy to leave this five star review and will definitely call Gallagher‘s again if we need it and I will recommend to all of my real estate clients.

No pun intended but this company sweeps nothing under the rug! No quick and easy shortcuts but purely the best service utilizing only the most effective yet environmentally safe ingredients! Our carpets and rugs have been able to withstand all we can throw at them (grandchildren & pets) after each cleaning and remain in good condition in spite of it all~ !!! When it was time to clean my own pieces I was happy to try out their new drop facility near my local Safeway. Tyler helped me there. Expert knowledge and care is again what I received. These people are passionate about precious textiles and have spent a lifetime learning and sharing their passion. Without reservation, I would recommend Gallagher’s for all my future needs. My flokatis and Tribal Turkish carpets came out clean, soft and mothproofed. Happy client.

John was friendly, punctual, and did a great job hand-trimming our wool runners. He cleaned every speck of dirt out of the rugs, gave me helpful advice on which scissors to buy for future trimming, and was upfront with pricing so there were no surprises. Highly recommend!
