Pure Clean NW did an excellent job of cleaning the moss off our roof. The workers came on time, were very polite, and professional. The office staff was also great. Getting a quote and booking the roof cleaning was very easy. My wife and I are very pleased and highly recommend this company!

We'd worked with Pure Green Clean many years ago, and by far they've been our favorite window cleaners. They take much pride in their work--but when I called to book we were informed that it has recently changed hands to Pure Clean NW. We still couldn't be more impressed, and the pride continues!
The quote for our project: gutters, windows, and pressure washing was very reasonable compared to what we paid last year with a softwash company. They were able to streamline our services when we added on the pressure washing, so they could complete all in tandem over one day. The window washers did a fantastic job, and were able to get off some paint and sticky residue that previous cleaners had not. They also informed me that the screens didn't really seem that dirty to be removed and cleaned (even though it was in the quote), and I appreciated the transparency to save me some money by just wiping them down. They forgot to do the skylight (and I also forget to check during the post walk through), but when I reached out they came back promptly within a couple of days. The gutter and pressure washing crew did a thorough job and left our property clean and picked up. Highly recommend!!

Service was affordable and the carpets looked great. I was worried about how long they would take to dry but they dried within a day! Really happy with Green Line.

Careful with these guys. I tried to book an appointment and got peppered with questions about my carpets for almost an hour via text. They were looking for opportunities to charge me more. I refused their service because they were going to charge much more than the Groupon even though my home fit the parameters of the deal. Just don't bother.

Everyone knows the Pacific Northwest winter of 2016-17. I knew after that horrible winter that by spring I needed to get my windows cleaned. Never having used a service like this I called a local company who referred me to Glassmasters NW. The initial contact with Danielle was a 'no pressure' conversation. She explained everything they did and offered prices from basic to the full meal deal as well as a very convenient scheduling day and time. The day of our cleaning the window washer Zack called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very meticulous in his routien of cleaning the windows, screens and tracks. I never imagined my windows would have turned out as good as they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family (which I have al ready done).

Just had Glassmasters out for cleaning the interior windows of our restaurant. They scheduled promptly, gave us a great price, and the technician was kind and professional. I'm about to ask for a quote on my house :) Highly recommend!

Glassmasters started cleaning our windows about five months ago and at first the employee was courteous and did a great job. Last month we had some new guy clean the windows and we received a 'how did we do' email and I sent them photos of the work and let them know I had to clean the windows that the cleaner 'cleaned'. No response.

The employee showed up today, did the job (external window cleaning) and then came into the lobby and proceeded to open a gate that has an "employees only please" sign at eye level (we are a dog daycare) and he proceeded to walk down the hall past a room full of dogs who started barking and when he was stopped by a staff member, he said "I just need a name". Dirty windows after a cleaning job is one thing.....but jeopardizing the safety of himself, my dogs and my staff is another.
