Constraction reviews in McMinnville, Oregon

Thank you Arnie, Carlos, Allen and Gustavo....very professional and courteous!

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they quoted(which was fair), and were easy to work with. As a general contractor, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Optimus Construction did a great job the price for a new roof was a great deal compared to others.Thank you

They were very detail orientated. Showed up early and worked late. finished job ahead of schedule. Walked the job over with me when completed. All I can say is AWSOME!!!

I had a new roof installed by Optimus
The project was
ON TIME
ON BUDGET
GREAT QUALITY
WHAT MORE CAN BE SAID
one of the benefits they did is each night when the day was
done they cleaned up like it was the end of the project

Replaced our roof and gutters and some windows. They were on time and the work was quality. Very happy with the finished results. I would highly recommend them.

Crew was punctual and polite, worked long hours in the rain, and willingly took on last minute add-ons to our original job. When finished, they did a super job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

Easy to work with. Pricing is straight forward and reasonable. Arnie and his team arrived when he said they would and completed the job in a timely manner.

The results, a work of art. This crew did an outstanding quality job. What shows is attention to detail, pride that this crew displays in workmanship. They did not forget anything that we asked for. I’ve worked with two other roofers in the past, and this crew stands along in all the above. Quality took precedence instead of taking short cut to finish our job. Competitive pricing too. Thank you Arnulfo for your professionalism. Joe

We are very pleased with the service, price and professionalism of Arnie and his crew. A job well done from start to finish. We'd recommend to anyone plus we'd use them again. Top notch! R Burrows

Highly impressed with the speed and quality of the work, we had Optimus put on a new roof and gutters it looks great!!! would definitely recommend these guys to others!!! Clean efficient work!!!

We’ve used Optimus on several roofs and they have always performed excellently. Arnie (the owner) is knowledgeable and honest and the crews are quick and run a clean job!

Optimus Construction LLC was excellent to work with for the replacement of my roof and gutters They dealt with existing problems in a timely and professional manner. I would highly reccomend them to anyone needing roof work.

We had a great experience with Optimus. They were easy to get ahold of, estimating was fast and the price was good. Once they got started the work was done within a couple of days. I highly recommend this company for work on your house.

They did a fantastic quality repair to my Dad’s carport support beams. Highly recommend

Armufel, the owner, came to do a bid within2 days of me stopping by their office, which was a very pleasant and informative experience. He emailed me a bid the following day after looking at my house. He was very professional and I felt confident that he and his crew would do a good job and be thorough. There were dry rot issues I was very concerned about and he contacted me or sent photos through the whole process,he communicated with me on everything and was very thorough and cut no corners. The crew was punctual andw straight for 10 days. They left the jobsite clean every night and immaculate when they were done. These guys definitely deserve a 5 star rating, I highly recommend them.

They did an outstanding job on our pretty treacherous roof. They did the tear-off and got the underlayment down in one day which kept us dry when some rain came in before the shingles were on. The crew were friendly and polite and the bid was very reasonable. The cleanup was outstanding.

Used Optimus for new roof replacement. Excellent work, completed quickly and were very flexible in working with my schedule.

Probably the best Metal Roof installation company in the Willamette Valley. I have had them install almost a half dozen (standing seam metal roofs). They are the best type of roof to use if you are going to keep the property a long time. The duplex picture on their web site was one of those jobs.
Good company to work with and they can get it done fast.

I received several bids for a replacement roof on my home, but ultimately went with Optimus Construction, and I could not be happier!! Arnulfo and his team were spectacular to work with. I had a lot of questions up front and along the way, and Arnulfo was extremely attentive throughout (and very patient when I had trouble making up my mind)! He kept me up to date on timeline, informed me right away when the metal manufacturer was delayed, and still managed to start a couple of days ahead of schedule. When a miscommunication caused one of my bathroom vents to be covered over, Arnulfo and his team came back and fixed it right away without charge. These guys are professional, honest hard workers. I had a great experience, am so pleased with the end result, and I would hire Arnulfo and his team again in a heartbeat!
