Called Chris to schedule him to clean my gutters. He was able to meet me 30 minutes later. Gave me a bid and then we scheduled a time for them to be cleaned. He was very personable and friendly. I really appreciated the pictures of my gutters he took from my roof. I was shocked, they were full of debris and gunk.
He cleaned and sealed them. Wonderful service!! Impeccable job!!

Chris was very courteous, and respectful of both myself and my property. He was patient and careful to explain my choices and answer my questions. He took before and after photos that clearly showed the work that was needed and, after my approval, his effective action to correct the problems. He was pleasant, cheerful, and quick to communicate - I was always informed of what was happening. I was comfortable having him working on my property, and I am looking forward to contacting him as needed to help my roof last as long as possible!

I am 100% satisfied with the job that Chris Powell did in treating my roof moss and cleaning my gutters. He quickly responded to my request for an estimate, provided me with a complete explanation of the work and guarantees and performed the job with professionalism and thoroughness. I particularly liked that he texted me photos while he was doing the estimate AND when he was doing the job!! I had a great experience with A+ Exterior Cleaning and the owner, Chris. From first contact to project completion, communication was clear and consistent. Chris explained exactly what to expect and when, then delivered on those expectations.

When a minor issue came up with his truck-mounted power washer, Chris contacted me immediately, kept me updated with each step of the repair, and even shared photos. On the day of service, he worked efficiently, shared real-time photos and videos, and handled a couple of extra tasks outside the original scope, including retrieving a ball from one of our drain field pipes.

Professional, friendly, and dependable. I had no prior relationship with Chris or A+ Exterior Cleaning before this job, but they are now a permanent part of my go-to service list.
