A friend posted about Chris helping out with her gutters so I decided to message him and within two days we had clean gutters and roof! The moss on the roof was something we have been wanting to take care of for years but since our house is 25 years we were just going to replace the roof like everyone else in the neighborhood. This amazing roof cleaning bought us at least another 5-10 years 🤞🏼 I definitely recommend you get him to look at your roof, there is no way we could have seen what was going on up there if it weren’t for all his pics.

This year Chris of A+ came back for our annual gutter cleaning. Great job and he cleared out two clogged gutters. He has the right equipment and is a hard worker. Very friendly. We will continue to have Chris come clean our gutters!

Just had our roof and gutters cleaned in Beaverton. Chris did a great job! Very happy to have found someone good and we look forward to having him clean our gutters annually and our roof every two to three years. Very personable and we liked getting pictures of what’s up there.

Chris washed the exterior of my house and a metal fence that was covered in moss. He did a GREAT job. I'm having him clean a rental property for me as well. Very professional, punctual and great communication.

Chris was wonderful and just the nicest guy. He explained the process when he gave the estimate and when I hired him to do the work, he cleaned up absolutely everything. I bought my house less than 2 years ago and the roof and gutters hadn't been cleaned in years so Chris had his work cut out for him. The result was like night and day so I am very pleased and would highly recommend him. Thanks so much Chris and both me and my roof very happy!

Chris had a big job to do as I required extra special care as siding on1940 house and detached garage is original cedar.
The steel roof had storm debris and leaves in valleys from storm this last Spring.
We have extensive brick walks and sunken patio. Chris addressed those thoroughly.
A+. (Chris) also sprayed down the original railroad brick chimney with product to kill moss gradually inlieu of using pressure or even soft wash as original mortar degrading.
Well it was somewhat expensive but I most always think one gets what they pay for.

A+ did an excellent job removing moss and branches from our roof. We live in shady area and the moss accumulates fairly fast. They were prompt and worked vigorously— I highly recommend using their service.

Chris from A+Exterior Cleaning LLC did a great job cleaning our roof, deck cover and gutter on the deck cover. He was on time, kept us up to date on the schedule and completed the work as stated.

Chris did a great job of cleaning the roof to remove the moss and cleaning the gutters. He was very meticulous about the work. I also liked that most of the communication was via text as my schedule is a bit crazy at times.

Chris did amazing work on our church roof! Our gutters and drains were horribly clogged causing all sorts of issues. I called him and he came out that same day to take a look and was back within the week to clean them out. He was very efficient and thorough and cleaned up everything on the roof very nicely. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

Chris did an amazing job on our gutters and roof. He also cleaned our skylights. During leaf season the house is surrounded by trees so the gutters were full!! He hooked us up with his uncle the tree guy - all taken care of. He’s very professional, I highly recommend !!!

Chris came to our house to inspect and clean out our house gutters (they were blocked with pine needles from a large tree on our yard).

He was so nice, professional and really listened to our concerns.

We’ve never had our gutters cleaned before, we will now ask Chris to come back yearly to do this for us.

Outstanding work quality and customer service! Our underground gutter drains to the street were plugged and gutter folks told us they were likely unusable. Chris came right out and blew off roof, cleaned gutters and downspouts and also was able to clear those underground drains to the street! Everything works great now and all for the price he quoted on the phone. No upselling or surprises, just honesty and quality. This is the first time I've used Chris but he's my first call from now on!

I also just learned he does soft washing of roofs and exteriors which keeps moss from growing for about 3 years. My other house has a 2 story super steep roof and no one likes to get up there to put moss killer so we had it soft washed. Really did last 3 years and I'm so glad we can now call Chris for this too.
