I’ve used Western States many times, from hooking up two Tesla chargers to wiring a lounge addition to The Bay House restaurant in our original Lincoln City address. Dave is awesome and has done most of my jobs, including hooking up the home hot tub through 2 moves, and providing additional wiring to our new restaurant location in Dayton, Oregon. Highly recommended for first-rate service.

Joe did a great job! Highly recommend, had my studio rewired in a day. Very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them again for any electrical we might need.

Western States gave me a bid and a time estimate when they could do the work. They gave me an option on the type of panel and the price for the different options. They contacted me when they had the new panel and scheduled the work. They arrived as agreed and finished the work in less time than was estimated. They coordinated with the local power company for a disconnect and the finished work look good. A week later I got the invoice for the work and it was 20% lower than there estimate. They did the work based on time and materials and their costs were lower than what was estimated and they passed along the savings to me. Good company and very honest with their billing and good work quality.

I got an estimate for $1800 to relocate hot water heater. They were here for four hours. Even the installer said they thought they would be here all day. Well they were here. I asked if they would look at my shower faucet as it drips he said it is a Moen and he had it in his truck very simple cartridge install I can do it myself when I saw the bill, he wanted $75 but you can get it on Amazon for $12 later to find out. Moen is guaranteed for life and I could get it for free when I went to return it. He apologized and said it’s not $75. It’s $45 the company is out to rip off people. I have a buddy who works for Moen. He said they replace it at their cost and get reimbursed later on making the service free to them.

Tyler did a tidy, quick and reasonably priced job removing an old kitchen faucet and installing a new one after efficiently dealing with leaky valves under the sink.

We just had John in to fix two leaks, in and out in an hour, he was on time. Fixed it right up and a super nice guy! Can’t ask for much more than that!

So fast! Broken pipes are bad, but finding someone who was willing to go above and beyond to do the job right is great! Thanks for getting the water back on and new pipes... done in a day! Everyone I know already knows to go to you, but new locals will definitely want to know how awesome you are!

I made a call at 8:03 AM the time they opened. I asked when an available plumber can come by and install a faucet . She told me that they would give me a call back and tell me when they could be out there. It is now almost 1 PM. And still haven’t heard a thing so I called the competition Aboveboard plumbing, and they told me they’d be out between 12 and 1 PM and they are here. 5.0 rating for Newport plumbing, really?

Always hesitant to work with a new plumber. The previous company I had dealt with has gone downhill. Hearing nothing but good things I decided to try out Newport plumbing. What a pleasant surprise to find a company who takes so much pride in their work. Not only did the owner come back out to check on the quality of the work but the employees cleaned up after themselves. Very easy to deal with and extremely happy with the work. Thank you again
