Very enjoyable experience from the easy approach to planning, scheduling and installation. Pat and crew are timely, work hard and get the job accomplished on time. They're all local folks too. Highly recommended for any yard projects you might have. 5 Stars!

Update for 2022: I've used Exstream Landscaping at least three times and they've been awesome every time. They just rebuilt our two-level deck, plus our front deck/entry, adding in a gabled roof cover over the front door, and it looks amazing. They also did some great fence work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Pat Hardisty of Exstream Landscaoping is professional and extremely competent. He listens to what we need and crafts projects that fit the need. Also, he is always there when he says he will be and always on time. He has done large jobs and small for us, and I am always, always happy with the work, his professionalism, and his ability to keep on budget and communicate effectively with customers.

Exstream Landscaping did a great job with our project, renovating and resetting the footprint for a real, enjoyable, growing back yard . The team was responsive, careful and kind to our neighbors. We have a sloping backyard that was difficult for us to come up with a plan. After 5 years of delaying, Pat came in with a wonderful design which exceeded our expectations! He and his crew were wonderful to work with, easy going, listened to any concerns we had during the project and took care of business. Excellent work! Exstream Landscaping transformed our spectacularly ugly courtyard into a beautiful space with a lovely, sinuous, sloped walk to the front door and a curving patio. They started on time, worked with us to adjust our vision throughout the process, were very careful about drainage, and charged us exactly what they bid. They were also friendly and very easy to work with. I recommend them highly!

We have a large lot and the plants were old and overgrown. The whole space needed to be updated and replanted. Pat and the crew were great to work with. They arrived on time and ready to work. The crew was personable, accommodating, and professional. Any changes we made to the original design were discussed with Pat ahead of time, so there were no surprises. Just had a backyard remodel done with new grass, pavers and flagstone areas. They did an amazing job. Pat is also very knowledgeable about landscaping. Price was very fair.

My wife and I completed our new retirement/forever home last year and then developed a relatively large landscaping plan that we felt would complement our new home. After discussing our plan/ideas with three potential landscaping companies, we chose to work with Exstream Landscaping. We felt Pat and Exstream would give us the personalized service we desired and we were extremely impressed with the many positive Google reviews that we found posted. We were also impressed with the fact that Pat appeared to truly understand our desire to maximize the benefits we would receive from each dollar invested. Furthermore, we found Pat’s pricing to be extremely competitive.
We were very grateful that Pat provided additional ideas throughout the process to ensure we would be totally satisfied with both our landscaping and hardscaping plans.
Pat’s team started with a completely blank canvas and transformed it into the vision that we had hoped for with a nine-zone irrigation system, fescue sod, over 100’ of two-tone paver walkways, multiple 24” tall garden beds surrounded by black deer fencing with two gate entrances, approximately 100 trees and plants individually irrigated by our drip system and low-voltage tree and house accent lighting.

I had Pat and his crew redo our yard front and back last year -- they completed the work in early 2024. It involved lots of plants all over the yard, some stone accents, river rock, and a patch of grass in the back. They also built a couple of gates and redid our irrigation system.

Everything was great from beginning to end. I knew I wanted the whole yard redone, but I was not really sure about exact details. Pat came up with a nice design that fit the specifications that I had discussed with him. The cost was much less than the other people I talked to.

His whole crew was polite and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the work.

They provided a two-year guarantee for the work they did, and they have honored that guarantee. When the irrigation system sprang a leak this spring, they came to repair the it the next day. There were also some plants that did not survive, and they replaced all of them. The grass is still thriving almost a year and a half later.

If I need any landscaping services in the future, I will not hesitate to use Exstream again.

Wow! These guys were on it! We barely started fantasizing about the job and it was done for us to enjoy! Pat fit the job to our budget, was organized and thorough with communicating.
