Nick, the Service Manager, came to do a small carpet repair in my apartment. Timely, nice guy, job looks better than I thought possible given the age/condition of the existing carpet. Highly recommend for this type of service.

Jenny and her husband have come a couple of times to clean now, and they are the most warm and caring people you could ask for, and the house looks amazing! I never knew there was another process, other than water/detergent type. There IS!! Jenny is FANTASTIC! Her process is dry and natural. Jenny and crew thoroughly cleaned the carpeting in my condo. Immediately, they were brighter and dry to the touch so I'm not worried about mold growing. And the stubborn spots are gone.

Jenny does a great job. I have used her for a difficult rental property and it turned out great. The dry process is far preferable for my needs - in Oregon the wet cleaning can take a long time to dry and begin to smell. Highly recommend her and her team.

Not only does she make the carpets incredible clean, there is no moisture to contend with when she is finished. We have used her twice to clean our two vacation rentals and will be using her again. Because she does not use soap, which is never competely removed, the carpets stay cleaner longer.
To top it off, she is very easy to work with. She easily gets a 5 star review from us.
