I recently had my carpets cleaned again for the third time by Nicholas Carpet and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Originally I found them through a referral on Facebook. I had them come before a new couch arrived. Of course a furr baby had other plans. And sadly we had to call them back. Fast forward a year later prior to company coming to visit we called again. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They managed to remove all the stubborn stains and left my carpets looking and smelling fresh. The entire process was hassle-free, and their customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Nicholas Carpet Care for anyone in need of carpet cleaning services. Thank you for doing such an amazing job! thank you to your fantastic crew for taking great care of my antique furniture and placing carpet pads under the legs of our table so they didn’t sit on damp carpet. We will always be more than happy to spread the word!

Derwing did a great job of cleaning our upholstery, couch, loveseat and 3 chairs. He also did a great job cleaning the family room carpet with many food stains! Thanks so much for the great job!

They just stretched and cleaned my mother's bedroom carpet.

Huge thumbs up for the team at Nicholas Carpet Care. I called needing a specific date before company arrives and they were kind to accomodate. Great experience from scheduling with Alex to payment! I appreciated how detailed they were in asking questions to scope the job for both carpet stretching and cleaning carpet and area rugs so I knew exactly what to expect. Mark, the owner, called morning of service to make sure this were in good order to get the work done and done well. Service techs, Derwin and Bryson, were professional, kind and I enjoyable to have in my home. And . . . I was surprised to see on my invoice that I received an unexpected senior discount which was wonderful. Last but not least, carpets look and feel GREAT!

Totally great to work with! The carpeting looks three shades lighter - oh, such a difference. Though their website only lists Oregon locations, they are willing to drive in to Washington.

They were great at accommodating our needs and getting in for service quicker than expected and got the job done in one day. Everything was done properly and communicated every step of the way. Absolutely TOP TIER carpet cleaning company. I didn't think we'd have any chance getting the carpets at one of my upcoming listings looking good, and they made it happen. There were stains from double sided tape, paint, and more... every stain is gone. These high end carpets look brand new! Thank you!! There were multiple spots on our carpet where bleach was splashed. They neutralized the area and re-dyed the spots perfectly. The carpet is a tweed pattern and they took their time to make it look right. You absolutely can’t tell that the carpet had a previous problem. Truly professional work! Very reasonable price.

We purchased our carpet from Paulson’s floor covering’s. It was suggested we use Nicholas carpet care to maintain the warranty. It was easy to book an appointment online. Bryson and Luke arrived on time, cleaned and stretched our carpets. The carpets look brand new. I would not hesitate to use them again

I love being able to post something really POSITIVE, so here goes. I needed some old Turkish rugs cleaned. My family picked some up when we visited Turkey in 1987 and I am not sure if they had been cleaned since that time. And to make matters worse, last year we had a toilet overflow in the basement and I wasn't home, and one of the carpets sat in toilet overflow for several days before it was discovered. The reds had seeped into the creams, and apparently at some point someone had dripped hot wax on it (don't ask I have no freaking idea how that happened.) It is also possible I had a cat that thought the Turkish rug was a great place to do her business.
This one rug was so damaged I would not have been surprised if the guy taking it in told me to light a bonfire and throw it onboard. Instead, he asked for extra time to fix it up right. A few weeks later when I arrived to pick up the rug I almost didn't recognize it! He had not only cleaned it, he had repaired it. Some of the fringe was missing so he HAND KNOTTED additional wool fringe.
He also told me how valuable the rug is. Apparently in the range of thousands. I take great joy in seeing how proud he was of his work. I don't care what type of work you do, it is a pleasure to see that one enjoys and takes pride in the craftsmanship and quality. I cannot recommend Nicholas Carpet Care enough!

Nicholas Carpet Care was amazing to the first time I reached out to them, to the follow-up after the work was completed. Bryson was the technician that came out and he did an amazing job. He completed a “carpet stretch” as well as carpet repair. He made my carpet look new again. If you have any type of carpet issues, make sure you reach out to Nicholas Carpet Care first. I know this review may sound like a commercial for them but I assure I was just someone who needed carpet work done and just want to say how much I appreciate the work they did.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Nicholas Carpet Care & especially their tech, Matt. He was scheduled to come out and clean our upstairs carpet and upon arrival immediately asked if I wanted help stretching out the bumps that were quite obvious. I was nearly in tears because the local company that installed the carpet had just been out and told me there was nothing they could do about it!! Matt assessed what needed to be done, and then rescheduled me for a day that he could do the stretching and cleaning. Well the results are AMAZING!! There are still honest, hardworking people in the world who are willing to go above and beyond: that's Matt! That's Nicholas Carpet Care! This was the second time using Nicholas Carpet Care. The first time was bedrooms and stairs carpet cleaning and they were prompt and so professional and did an amazing job. Called them this year and had my couch cleaned and again the same professional service. Five star rating from us! Will be using them every time! This was our first time having our carpets professionally cleaned. We have two dogs and usually self-clean the carpets but due to an injury the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in two years and the house started getting a dog smell and it was clearly the carpets.

Bryson was amazing and I can’t complement his customer service and professional cleaning job enough. He was friendly, on-time and super efficient. The carpets were mostly dry within 12 hours and completely dry by the next day. And WOW! The carpets looked and smelled nearly brand new. We had our living room and large loft cleaned as well as about 14 step in high traffic areas. Beyond taking care of the dog odor he also got out a few difficult stains we had not been able to remove ourselves. Nicholas Carpets Care is top notch and worth every penny. Will be referring all friends and work colleagues that need carpet service.

We had Nicholas carpet care out to do a small patch on the carpet and clean the carpets as well. They repair look seamless in a high traffic area and help work within our budget to get as much cleaned as possible.

I needed to book carpet cleaning immediately and Nicholas Carpet Care came through in a big way! We needed the carpets in our vacant condo cleaned for an open house viewing and with very short notice Nicholas Carpet Care was able to make it happen. Gerardo, our technician, was in contact with me throughout the day of servicing and he was able to get rid of a stain we had in one of the rooms. The carpet throughout the house looks brand new now because of his work and we love it! A huge "Thank You" to Gerardo and Nicholas Carpets. I cannot recommend them enough! It had been five years since I bought my townhouse, and other than vacuuming it, the carpets had never been professionally cleaned. I also have a high energy bully breed dog. And anyone who has dogs knows... IYKYK. It was just time. Everything from start to finish was smooth, easy, and professional. From the first phone call with Alex who answered all of my many questions patiently, to Derwing who showed up on time, was friendly, professional and efficient, to Mark (the owner) who followed up with me and spent a lot time helping me to understand some of the technical aspects of carpet cleaning. I was interested in and also a little concerned about using Scotchgard as a finishing product due to having a dog and not wanting to cause him any harm. Mark was thoughtful and well informed and helped me to feel more comfortable about my decision to go forward.
