Jenny is amazing! Not only is she a super rad person, but she is fantastic at cleaning carpets! She doesn't use a water method that leaves your carpet wet and gross again within weeks. She uses a natural, dry method that leaves your carpets super clean, soft, and smelling awesome. There's also no stain she can't conquer! Give her a call if you need your carpets cleaned. We have used Jenny for our carpets for several years. we have 4 kids and a dog so we are hard on our carpets. Jennys always does a great job and the carpets come out very clean and that kids/dog odor is gone (at least for a couple weeks). We have her crew come out at least 2 times a year sometimes 4 times and that seems like a good pace for us.

Fantastic service! They cleaned our area rugs at their facility and cleaned our carpets when they brought them back. Both processes were fast. Great communication before, during and after. They are knowledgable, wore booties inside my home, took time to explain the process. They were on-time and efficient. Stubborn pet stains and dirt spots got out and besides normal wear spots from traffic that can't be helped, our carpets look and feel great!

Gave me a quote on the spot! The two person crew arrived on time, and completed their work competently. Friendly demeanor and good work ethic. And great results!

I scheduled the cleaning on their website, and was contacted to confirm the details, and they even offered sooner times than I had originally scheduled. The technician was gave me ample notice of when he would arrive, and updates along each step of the process. He was very courteous and gave excellent information on all of the choices I had for my carpet cleaning. Lastly, the whole process was quicker than I was expecting, and I was given excellent instructions for after care for the 24hrs following the cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Nicholas Carpet Care are competent and skilled professionals. They are also super friendly and honest. They came highly recommended and met all my expectations (which is hard to do because I'm picky). They cleaned the carpet, removed some stains, and stretched it where stretching was needed (in the hallway which as I understand it can be tricky). I will call them again when/if I should need future service.
