The guys from Nicholas corrected multiple lumps in our carpeting that had needed stretching for some years. It's now great. They were efficient and friendly.

Donald came out and cleaned all of our carpet today and turned out above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very thorough and I will refer Nicholas Carpet Care to anyone looking.

The before and after speak for themselves! But wow! It’s so nice to not be tripping on wrinkles and looking at the mess my cats made over 17 years in our home.

Mark and son Bryson came out Monday and gave me an estimate and Bryson was back Thursday to complete the job. He was very considerate and kept checking to make sure I was ok with what he was doing. They were very professional and did and excellent job! One spot was accidentally missed and they were back the same day to make it right.

Had our upstairs carpet stretched (4 rooms, the hallways and the stairs (there were some very complex sections), then cleaned.
They did a super job, and we were able to leave large items like our bed and the file cabinets in the rooms. The floated them around to get the carpet nice and smooth like it was just installed.

I truly appreciate NCC for their excellent customer service, and professionalism. When they cleaned our carpet, they were great at communicating the process. They were confident they could get the stinky lab smell out of our carpet (we have two black labs, that are our world, but if you know, you know!! They are stinkaroos!) There was no chemical smell, no tacky feel on the carpet. Just fresh, CLEAN, odor free carpet. Like new really! I would absolutely recommend Nicholas Carpet Care, and we will use them in the future to maintain our carpet

I called Nicholas Carpet Care on a Monday from my vacation and they were able to schedule me 2 days later to clean our carpets and couch while we were out of town. They moved our personal items including our dining room table as requested and did the job just as expected and sent us photos right after which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend this team!!
