Stay away! A total, absolute rip off. Came to my property to repair a refrigerator. Claimed to have repaired it and I paid with a check for $258. Nothing was repaired and actually they made the problem worse, made the icemaker stopped working. I got a return phone call today and I was very rudely told to buy a new refrigerator and Mike, the repair man, hung up the phone.
Then they blocked my phone number and they have no address for follow up. Unfortunately the check already cleared the bank.
If you’re interested in getting ripped off and throwing away money, be sure to call them.

Called them on a holiday weekend and left a voicemail in about 2 hours later.We received a call back and Carl and James showed up the next business day.To take care of me.Thanks , guys

5-stars! We have utilized their service several times over the years. Jared is a top notch technician. Courteous, diligent and prepared. After describing the issue to dispatch and providing the model # of the refrigerator (that wasn't cooling the refrigerator but the freezer was working fine), he came with the part he suspected was the culprit. In and Out in under an hour, appliance fixed and cooling again. I will only call All Tech Appliance for service on all my household appliances. Thank you for a job well done (again)!

Very happy with the service we received! Angela was super helpful and kind over the phone. We were scheduled quickly for refrigerator and washer repair. Jared went above and beyond to help us with our fridge. He could have repaired one issue and charged us but he knew to check for a factory defect that made the 10-year old fridge not worth fixing. He called Frigidaire twice and talked with two different people to make sure we really weren’t eligible for any kind of credit towards a new fridge. He also replaced a part in our washer and had lots of helpful tips about how to keep it running well. We will be calling them again in the future! Thanks

After a short phone conversation with Angela about our dishwasher, it became clear that it's lifespan had run it's course and that we would need a new unit. It would have been so easy for her to simply send out a service person, charge $ for the visit, charge $ for the band-aid repair, etc, but she took the time to give it to me straight instead of churning me. I really appreciate her honesty and am keeping All Tech Appliance in my tickle file for future repairs around the house. Thanks~

We have had a great experience working with All Tech for a few visits now. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions when scheduling. Turnaround time to book an appointment has been quick. The technician has been very kind and knowledgeable. Paying invoices on site is a breeze! Would recommend working with them!

I called All Tech about a potential dryer repair. The woman on the phone was so kind and helpful. She looked up my serial/model number. She was super candid in that our dryer was almost 10 years old and the money we would potentially be spending would be better invested in a new appliance. While I can’t speak to their service, their customer service was awesome! We’ll defeinitely be reaching out to them for any future needs.

Right before Thanksgivi9ng my Frigidaire dishwasher stopped draining. That was not good news. In the course of a month i had 2 repair people come who were not able to fix it. I think they just did a couple of tightening and straightening for optics. I was very frustrated until I got ahold of All Tech Appliances Services. The person on the phone was personable and helpful when trying to schedule an appointment. Then Jared came, wearing booties so as not to dirty our floor. He methodically went through the process until he found the simple problem and fixed it. I think he was as happy as I was to have solved the mystery. That even made me more upset with the first people who came as so called experts.
Now I have a dishwasher for the holidays. Thank you Jared; thank you All-Tech Appliances Services!

So glad I called All Tech. Was able to get a service professional out next day. Turns out it was Ravi the owner! Fantastic response time. Ravi thoroughly explained the situation, fixed the issue as best as he could (it needs a replacement part that is no longer available) and gave me a few ideas of what might need to happen. As a small business owner, I appreciate excellent service and quick response time. I would call them again for any mechanical repair. 6 stars!

We purchased a Broan range hood that had a transformer that was humming. Broan responded well with a recommendation to have All Tech Appliance do the warranty work. Jared came to our house exactly when he said he would be here. He was very polite and helpful making us feel comfortable about the repair. I get uncomfortable having repair people in my home but I would happily hire Jared to come to our home to fix an appliance any time. I can't say enough good things about the support we got from Jared.

We had a great experience with All Tech. Our problem was a refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly--the temp was staying above 65 degrees. On calling to make an appointment, Angela talked us through how to try fixing the problem ourselves. Her solution (turning the fridge off and defrosting it thoroughly) worked--saving us the cost of a visit! But then the problem started again. On calling back, she scheduled us an appointment ASAP. Ravi came out and was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken thermostat was caked over with ice). He scheduled a follow-up appointment to install a replacement part and defrosted the thermostat so the fridge would work in the meantime. Our fridge is now working happily. We were very impressed with the communication, responsiveness, courtesy, and professionalism of the All Tech team and will absolutely call on them with future appliance issues!

I can’t say enough about All Tech Appliance. I had just returned home after being out of town for 10 days when my washer stopped draining. Jared had it back in service in less time than it takes to run a cycle. Fast, friendly, respectful of your home, and knowledgeable!

Called in the morning and the tech was at my house that afternoon (in the early half of the time window quoted), with my dishwasher repaired before 3pm the same day. Super impressed with how prompt, friendly, and professional they were. Would 100% use All Tech again.

Of course our oven broke a Thanksgiving day! But you know who showed up immediately? All Tech! The technician arrived in time, discovered the issue (older stove/oven) took the part, sent it for a rebuild and we’re ready to bake!! Very Thankful for the prompt service and quality workmanship! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Jared! Professional, and knows his stuff. Diagnosed my issue with the washer within minutes, but continued to inspect to confirm there wasn’t another issue - very thorough. Then he managed to diagnose an issue with the stove that another repair person hadn’t been able to diagnose. Will definitely call for future appliance repair needs

My dryer stopped working, I called All Tech and they had someone out the next day. Their tech Ravi was super nice and knowledgable, answered all of my questions and got my dryer up and running quickly. This is the gold standard for appliance repair, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jared from All Tech did a great job fixing our leaky KitchenAid dishwasher. He was prompt and friendly and gave me some helpful advice regarding our other appliances; for example you should never use the self cleaning feature on your electric oven! Also I be been using way too much laundry detergent.

There was no pressure to replace our dishwasher and his explaination for what caused the leak made total sense. I would highly recommend All Tech!

All Tech called me and scheduled a visit for that day. The tech (Jared) was on-time, professional and just plain pleasant to speak to. He took care in my home and fixed my oven in 15 minutes. He then gave me a quick rundown on how to prolong the life of my oven and some other appliances in the house, showed me some things I never knew. The price was fair, maybe even low, for such excellent service and professionalism. I will 100% turn to All Tech again and couldn't recommend them more.

Our fridge was flashing an error code. Called All Tech and they were able to send Jared out the same day. Jared fixed the issue and explained what the trouble was. Then he went on to review maintenance and how to prolong the life of some of our other appliances. This is the second time we've used All Tech. Excellent experience. Happy we found All Tech Appliance.

For years we have used All Tech for every appliance issue in our home. You cannot get a more polite, professional, honest assessment and repair anywhere in the Portland area. Ravi is the best!

I’ve just moved to a new house and the dryer sounded like shoes tumbling. Ravi expertly and quickly took the dryer apart, found the problem and put it back together again. He also kindly looked over the other appliances in my home and gave me good advice about what NOT to spend my money on. All Tech is my go to from now on.
