Wonderful service all around, from Angela in the office to Robbie the repairman! My washer broke in the middle of a cycle last week, and this was the 5th place I called. One place didn't answer the phone; another was booked out for 2 weeks, etc. Angela took a lot of time with me on the phone, answering my questions and making sure she had the info she needed. Robbie showed up with the right part and knew exactly what to do. Boom!! 30 minutes later, my 22-year-old washer is as good as new :)

Jared was the BEST! So helpful, and he taught us a ton about what was going on, how to prevent issues, when it wasn’t worth it to repair (brand new dryer only $100 more), etc. really valued his time & expertise, and Angela who does customer service via email & phone was awesome too!

Very pleased with the speedy service and quality of the repair. We have 3 washers and dryers at my business location and Ravi has repaired 3 of them so far and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Angela in the office is kind, efficient and professional.

We have used All Tech 3 times in the past 2 years. Each experience has been totally positive. Starting with Angela who sets up the appointments to the friendly, professional, on time, efficient, neat, fairly priced repair. Ravi is terrific & always gives me hints on how to make my appliances work better. I will use them again when needed. I can highly recommend this local company.

Jarred was absolutely awesome. Let us know the degree of work needed on our dryer nearly destroyed by a person staying in our place. Recommended considering a new one. Then proceed legit ask if there’s anything else? He touched on nearly every appliance in our home from stove to dishwasher to fridge, their weaknesses, common failures, when to repair or replace. Also best ways to maintain them. A++++

I cannot say enough about the service that All Tech, Angela and Jared provided. They fixed our dryer quickly and efficiently and made it happen in under 24 hours. They both had fantastic customer service skills and Jared knows his stuff. Why can’t every service company be this amazing?

I picked All Tech based purely on their Google reviews and they exceeded my expectations. Angela is personable and professional and was able to get me scheduled immediately. She did some research on the age of my appliance which helped me prepare to think about the need for replacement, but Ravineet coaxed new life into it like a miracle worker. Such a great team.

So, the first reason I'm giving a 5 star review to All Tech was the first impression. The person who answered the phone (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was clear, engaged, helpful, and most importantly able to get someone out to look at our dryer same day. I had spoken to a few other shops that appeared higher on the search page but the people answering the phone sounded bothered or disinterested.
I was given a two hour window, the tech called prior to arrival (at the start of the window), I believe his name is Rovi, he was very friendly, answered all our questions, found the issue. He did have to come back the next day as the part was at the supply house and it was the end of the day. A very quick second trip, he had told us what the price would be, no surprises, very pleasant overall experience. They will be my only call next time we need appliance help.

We hired All Tech to repair a Samsung washing machine that had a drum that was no longer rotating. Ravi came out to diagnose the issue and quickly discovered that we needed a new controller PCB and sensor; he was able to source the sensor part himself, but the PCB model was apparently discontinued.

After our own research, we discovered that Samsung had actually renumbered the PCB and we found a local part shop that had one available. Ravi came back out to install it and got our washing machine quickly working again.

Ravi was very knowledgeable and friendly; he showed up promptly during the appointment windows too! I would definitely use All Tech for servicing my appliances again in the future.

Angela called me back on a weekend and scheduled an appointment for my preferred time. Ravi analyzed the error codes on my washer, resolved the issue immediately, and even helped with another appliance issue and gave me recommendations for the future. Prompt, super friendly and helpful, this is why I always look for family owned small businesses who haven't sold out to national chains. They care about their work and business relationships. I'm very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with All Tech. I've used them twice now, once to help troubleshoot issues with my frontload washer and once for stove repairs. Angela is so helpful and kind over the phone; she's given me advice to try on my own before paying for someone to come out. Ravi has done a great job on repairs and I appreciate that he provides clear and thorough explanations about the issues/solutions. Very happy with the service I've received!

Very pleased with my experience with All Tech. Friendly and efficient service customer service when I called in. Got scheduled right away, the tech (Jared) was on-time, friendly yet professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our Whirlpool fridge, explained the options, and made the repair. Keeping their phone number handy.
UPDATE: My second experience was as good, if not better, than the first. After filling out the online inquiry, I received a prompt call from the scheduler (who was friendly and professional). Jared once again was the tech and was able to problem solve on my Frigidaire stackable washer/dryer. Very reasonable service call charge which can be applied to the part/install within 30 days. Thank you All Tech.

My dishwasher was clogged, hence we called All Tech. Ravi arrived on time. He was professional and quick. I appreciated his genuine advice and double checked my dishwasher to make sure it actually drained before he left. That part made me feel at ease and confident in his work.

Still cannot explain the live snail found in the dishwasher after several cycles (this was when we discovered the draining issue) Thank you!!

Once again we had a really good experience with All Tech and Ravi. Super easy to make a same day appointment and then Ravi showed up right when we were expecting him. We had a problem with the freezer drawer on our refrigerator not closing properly which caused the temperature to soar, potentially ruining everything in the freezer. Ravi quickly and expertly figured out the problem, made the repair, and told us what to expect in the next several hours--the freezer temperature would continue to rise temporarily but would return to the correct setting by early afternoon. It did exactly that. Can't say enough about Ravi's knowledge and wonderful customer service. He is really, really good at what he does!
I would use All Tech again for any of our appliances and I would whole heartedly recommend them with confidence.

All Tech is awesome! Do not pass them up! From the gal that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment to Jerad, who came out to look at my gas oven. Jerad is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work and super friendly! He provided me with so much education on my oven and on ALL of my appliances, when he was only there for my oven. He gave me his honest opinion on what I should do with my oven based on what was wrong with it, and the age of it. I couldn't be more happy with his service. I have their magnet on my fridge so I can work with them in the future when the next appliance craps out. Now onto oven shopping! 🙂

Our Whirlpool range oven stopped working right before Christmas. I called All Tech Appliances and spoke to Angela. She was so friendly and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Ravi was at our house within a couple of hours. He was polite and knowledgeable about our issue. He diagnosed the problem and even came prepared with the parts needed to quickly fix it and get everything back up and running for Christmas, all at a fair price.

Amazing service all around! We will be using All Tech for all our appliance repairs going forward. Highly recommend!!

When we started smelling gas around our oven even when it wasn't in use, we searched around for a local appliance repair person. We saw that All Tech was headquartered not far from us and had great reviews. We filled out the information form on their website at around 10 pm. First thing the next morning we got a phone call and were able to schedule a visit from Ravi the next day. He showed up right at the beginning of the window they promised, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. He stepped through the issue, making sure that we clearly understood the root cause and what the repair would take. He had to get the necessary part and he scheduled a follow-up appointment for early the next week. On the follow-up day he again showed up right at the beginning of the window, quickly did the repair, and made sure to step us through all the things we should look out for in the future. Ravi was friendly, fast, and clearly knew his stuff. The price was reasonable and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We'll definitely be calling All Tech again in the future if we run into a problem with another appliance.

All Tech came to the rescue when our refrigerator was leaking water! Angela was so kind and helpful on the phone, and Ravi was able to swing by to see us within a half hour (lucky us, he was already in the area). He was quick and knowledgeable about diagnosing our fridge, and was able to clear the cause of the leak. I really appreciated that he explained what was going on, and what he was going to do at each step. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend All Tech for solving your appliance woes!

We’ve had a great experience with All Tech fixing our oven twice. We have a 40” professional series oven that isn’t made any longer and they were able to have the control board sent to a company in Texas for repair a couple years ago, followed by a zero hassle replacement of our heating element today. Highly recommend.

Jared and the All Tech Team are amazing! Truly I could not have asked for anything more. The dispatcher was so kind and found someone available to come the same day, and Jared was highly skilled, and diagnosed the problem with our washer quickly. He explained the problem, gave us our options, and had a fix for a very reasonable price. After he finished he even asked if there were any other appliances that needed help, and taught me a few things about maintaining them. This is the type of service that was maybe common 20 years ago, but these days is so rare. We feel lucky to have found them and will be using their team exclusively from now on!
