Requested help over the weekend when my Midea washer stopped draining. I had a really lovely and informative phone conversation about that brand, parts and labor costs, and what repairs would likely cost me. In the end, they honestly recommended I would be better off replacing the machine, which I really appreciated. We also talked about dogs and what to look for in a washer, like making sure it has a filter I can access and clean. Incredibly helpful, honest, and kind. Would definitely reach out again.

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher wasn't cleaning and started to leak. I called All Tech and they were able to come the next day. And they gave me a one-hour window instead of an 8 hour window.

Ravi came out, diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts and was available the next day.

Great customer service with the very first phone call with Angela. She was lovely on the phone. We were able to schedule quickly. Ravi was professional and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what our dishwasher needed. And he talked us through the process by showing us what parts were broken and what needed replaced. Full transparency and a great value. He also fixed our gas burner after I had asked if he works on gas appliances as well.

All Tech Appliance is fabulous! Our washing machine started making a terrifying screaming sound last week. I called up All Tech and left a voicemail. Angela called me first thing the next morning to tell me she had saved a spot for me and could get someone out that afternoon. She was so pleasant, calm, helpful, and friendly. She was a breath of fresh air. Ravi came out that afternoon and did a thorough inspection of the machine. At that time, he couldn't replicate the screaming sound, so after the thorough inspection of everything, he left. Prior to leaving, though, he did give us some general tips for good washing machine care and usage.

Later that evening, the washing machine made the sound again. This time I recorded it. I sent the recording over to All Tech. Angela called me the next morning to let me know that she had already connected with Ravi and he had already watched the video. Ravi came up with a game plan and we scheduled a time for him to come out a few days later when he could make sure he had adequate time in his schedule to replace what needed to be replaced.

The day of the part replacement went smoothly - Ravi was again on time, helpful, professional, and thorough.

All Tech is a family-owned business and you can tell that the people who work there truly care about their customers.

We highly recommend All Tech and will be definitely using them again for any future appliance repair needs!

He had to visit twice meaning I spent 300$ on just a new drain valve, had to ask him to take his shoes off, if you’re in someone’s house you should probably immediately do that especially if this is you’re job.. then he put his dirty iPad on my clean dish drying rag. Not the best attitude. Overall okay service.

Ravi was was awesome! Ravi came to repair the freezing and leaking issue regarding my Electrolux refrigerator/freezer. He was very knowlegable about the issue and came prepared to tackle the problem, along with addressing possible future issues that he discovered that would rear its ugly head, sooner than later.
Ravi was very transparent about every step he was taking to repair the issue, and answered every question I had.
I would not hesitate referring All Tech Appliance to others, and will definitely be using them again for any future appliance needs.

Ravi came out to look at our dishwasher. Ultimately we ended up just replacing the unit, but he was very knowledgable and gave great recommendations for a replacement. Communication was excellent prior to his visit. Will definitely use them again for any other appliance issues.
