Pacific Coat did a really great job from start to finish on my rental property. The condition of the exterior was absolutely awful before they brought it back to life as best they could without sanding. Before,there was bubbling, pealing, cracked paint surfaces all over and it’s hard to believe it’s the same property. Adam did a great job preparing the estimate and providing accurate expectations for what can be done with siding this old and lacking proper maintenance over the years. The crew, Kyle and Matt, were punctual, hard-working and really knew what they were doing. They provided relevant updates throughout the job and didn’t miss a thing. The next time I’m in need of a painter, I’ll be sure to call Pacific Coat for an estimate.

Found these guys by accident driving down Stark St. I needed a repair done on the house, had some missing trim and a hole where wasps got in.

I hired David Arellano (Maintenance Technician) from 48 Hrs. Home repair company to fix a leakage on my patio roof, but unfortunately the job was done very poorly. The leak reappeared soon after the repair, and when I contacted him to come back and fix the issue properly, he asked for additional payment instead of taking responsibility for the incomplete work.
I expected a professional repair and some accountability, but instead I was left with the same problem and extra frustration. I would not recommend this service based on my experience
- poor workmanship and lack of follow-up support.

I had an ADU built in my son's backyard so I could be closer to family and my grandson. They worked with me every step of the way from design, to permitting and building.The result is an ADU that fits my space and needs. I love my ADU! I am so happy with the results. It's perfect and I loved working with Derrick on my project. And after the project was finished and a minor problem came up, Derrick was right back here and took care of it immediately. I highly recommend them for any project you have.

Derrick and team are awesome! They go above and beyond, and do amazing work. They work efficiently and are great communicators. We’ve done several projects with NWV and recommend them regularly to our clients.

As a homeowner it’s always hard to find to find a trustworthy and reasonably priced contractor. Derek and his team has been nothing but a gem to work with our home remodel. From designs, to prices to communication I can’t stress how easy and great it’s been. I would highly suggest getting a bid on anything you may need or at least just start the process by talking to him. You won’t be disappointed. I think I finally found one contractor I’m happy with and will continue to give my business as the projects keep piling on and as I plan to purchase my next property.

They helped turn my rental unit and did a great job. The prior residents left a huge mess and damage but they were able to handle all of it with ease and left the place looking stunning!

Had a great experience with this construction company on my home remodel. They were communicative, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They removed an interior wall, laid new flooring, updated the electrical, installed cabinets, and much more I'm sure I'm forgetting to list. Super happy with the results, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or construction services.

The construction team was fast, efficient and has great communication. They were really clear on the scope of work provided for multiple units and delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. Super happy with the work done and gives me a sense of security that if I needed to follow up on anything that might have been missed I can get in touch with a fast response time. So far I have found nothing but to know they are only a call away makes me feel like I made the right choice when choosing a vendor.
