Michael did an amazing job of framing our addition. So good actually, that our architect hired him to frame her whole new house! If that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what does.

Michael and his crew had to completely dismantle an old deck and wheelchair ramp. A huge job. Michael contacted Pike Awning for me because they needed to move the posts to fit on the new deck. I wanted to keep the awnings. They removed all of the debris carefully and started to build the new trex deck. They worked hard, they answered all of my questions, the men were very nice . They added the powder coated railings which I love. Michael was very knowledgeable, always ready to work. I asked Michael if he could add a ledge ( can’t remember the exact name) onto the railing because I always set things on it. He did and it turned out great. I absolutely love this new deck and have had so many neighbors say they did a fantastic job.

Mike @MSW framed our new addition and remodeled our existing house. Cannot say enough about how delighted we were with the results and with Mike. We hired MSW remodeling to do a complete remodel of our outdoor living space. They tore down an existing deck that was very old and needed to go . And they installed a huge covered stamped colored concrete patio with columns, custom wood soffit ceiling with can lights, an outdoor fan, and electrical outlets. It was a big job.
MSW remodeling was here every day until the job was completed. They were always prompt, courteous, and most importantly, they listened to me the customer as to what I wanted. Price is very reasonable and comparable to other quotes we received. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor living area.! Would not hesitate to recommend MSW remodeling to anybody. In fact, I did recommend MSW Remodeling to my elderly mother who liked our new patio so much that she hired them for a job replacing her old wood deck and back porch with a Tell-Dek composite decking deck. And she was thrilled with the results as well.

Michael is an incredible framer. We loved having him on our build site framing our home and shop. He does incredible work and is honest, fair and very trustworthy! His crew was incredible as well. We couldn’t have been happier with the job and making a new friend!

Jorge and Emmanuel were very professional and did a great job cleaning out all of my old insulation. They had my attic cleaned in no time at all. I would highly recommend them.

Great Job. Fast and efficient! Arrived when they said. Very tidy and respectful. I had several inches of cellulose over fiberglass bats. They were able to vacuum both types of insulation with their innovative system. I will be calling them back when it's time to replace the insulation!

I had a mess in my attic after reroofing ... insulation mixed with wood shingles. Hi-Provac was quick to respond with an estimate for removal and reinsulation that was very competitive. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised. I was amazed at how clean the process was. I was expecting to clean up behind the work but that wasn't necessary. Their folks were highly professional and friendly. If you need insulation removal and or new insulation, I highly recommend Hi-Provac.

These guys are great! I called on a Wednesday and they were able to fit us into their schedule that same week on Friday morning. They estimated 3-4 hours for our ~900 SF attic and were finished right on time. Our attic has a super low head clearance with tons of nails sticking out of the rafters and only the joists to stand on. The insulation they removed was likely the original 1911 wood mulch insulation topped by blown in fiberglass insulation. It was GROSS. Now...it's empty and spotless!

I am very satisfied with Hi Provac and their work to remove attic insulation, seal and install attic insulation, and install dense pack insulation in the walls of my house. From my first phone call through each part of the project, they described the process and answered every question. I highly recommend their services.

We were looking for someone to find a smell and remove what we assume to be a dead critter. The exterminators said they couldn't do it and recommended Hi-Provac.
Hi-Provac came out quickly and did an assessment in the crawlspace and took a look at the wall. They informed us that the only way in is going to be taking out the drywall, and that's not what they do. They didn't charge us even though we took their valuable time and they gave us a definitive answer. That's quality customer service. If we ever need them in the future (and we have a project that we will need their services for), we will be calling them first.

i could not be happier with the work the Jorge and his crew completed today. I first hired another contractor to do the work, which included rat infestation. This first contractor did such a poor job that I reached out to Jorge. He came out in two days and was fast, professional and exceptional communication. It did cost a bit more but so, so, so worth it to have this job done right. And he told me about rebate on new insulation which the other contractor never mentioned. I could not give a higher recommendation for this company and will refer to my family and friends.

The first company I called was like 3 weeks out on even giving a bid. When I called Hi Provac they gave me the price over the phone and I had them scheduled for 3 days later. They were professional and fast. In just a few hours they completely removed all the old insulation in my attic which was holding up my remodel. Now I can breathe and work up there and see all the houses old wiring to work with. Would hire them again on future jobs!

I have been doing a lot of work on my house recently and have been in contact with a lot of contractors. Hands down, Hi Provac has been the best. They responded immediately and were clear and up front with their pricing. They got me on their schedule within a week and there were no surprises along the way. I hired them to clear out my 1940's cellulose insulation that was full of roof debris and to replace with new blown in insulation. They finished the job in under four hours and my attic looks great. Their price was very fair and much less than a quote I had previously gotten from Greensavers. They did such great work that I asked them to take a look at my crawlspace to install a new vapor barrier and add insulation. Their price was unbeatable and they came back the next day and were in and out in no time. Jorge and Emmanuel were great to talk with and I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

cleanup taken care of early in our remodeling process. They were available very soon after we contacted them, and showed up with powerful equipment that would have taken another company all day. It took Hi-Provac two hours to clear out our attic.
