They were prompt, professional and insisted on doing quality work over just getting the job done. I appreciated their level of communication, their attention to detail and ability to work through solutions to unique scenarios with us. Jorge was wonderful and went above and beyond with our insulation replacement. They were easy to work with , fast, did great work and even helped us when we needed to dispose of some of the extra materials from the attic. Really great crew and excellent business! Would absolutely recommend again!

I just used this company for a mold issue. They were very thorough, had great communication and were reasonably priced. I will use them again , if necessary.

From the time of first contact, Hi-Provac was very professional and timely in their communication. We scheduled a day for them to come out, and after a few hours of work they were done vacuuming out the attic. The results were better than I expected, and well worth the money spent. I'm happy I didn't try to DIY the insulation removal.

We had our old attic insulation removed and new insulation installed. It was such an enjoyable and easy experience to work with Emmanuel and the Hiprovac team. They worked quickly, took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and went the extra mile to make sure all of the details were completed. We can immediately feel the difference in the temperature in our home. 10/10 recommend

Can't say enough about the job Jorge and his crew accomplished in our attic. My attic was filthy with roofing debris and very old insulation as it had not been touched for over 23 years. Jorge found a way to run his crews suction cleaning pipe through our bathroom window and up into the attic to minimize dirt and debris in the house. I was amazed at the completed pictures I received as the attic was completely clean. Jorge then applied caulking to maximize ventilation coming through our new roof and installed all new Insulation to code. Jorge also instructed me on how to receive a credit through Energy Trust of Oregon. I have already recommended Hi-Prozac to others I know who have a similar attic problem. Great company. We were super satisfied with the work Hi-Provac completed at our home. While our project took longer than anticipated due to finding suspect vermiculite in our old insulation, they accommodated the change in schedule, informed us of a trust that offers repayment of the removal and replacement of their no-longer manufactured product, and also told us about the energy trust of Oregon rebates.
We would recommend them without a doubt. Very reliable, communicative and helpful.

Awesome remodeler! We asked Rockstar to help us make a hole cut in our basement wall for storage look more natural, and Brendan suggested a set of built-in cabinets with access to the existing storage hidden behind an additional cabinet door.

He was extremely easy to work with, vocal about his ideas, receptive to ours, and patient with our questions. He had the best bid on the project and even beat his estimate after the work was done. We were surprised how seamless the cabinets looked in their new space and how easy it was to still access the storage space behind the cabinets - he had clearly thought through their use even after the work was complete.

Though it's only been a few weeks since work finished, we were pleased to be able to rearrange our basement living area (finally!) and bring in a new cabinet to tie the space together!

Brendan did a great job on painting and drywall repair in my ADU. He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and kept me updated on progress as he went. The work was done well, and he left the place clean when he finished. The process was very easy, so I could focus on other things, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was flexible about payment and even allowed a service trade instead of cash. Would absolutely work with him again.

We first met with Brendan to give us an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Due to our short timeline, we unfortunately had to go with another contractor, who completely botched the job. We found ourselves in the nightmarish situation of halting the job mid-way and having to negotiate for a demo of the existing work and a reinstallation of a shower unit, among other jobs. We remembered that Brendan also works as an advisor on home projects and asked him if he would inspect the work in progress and offer his expert advice on how to proceed. He was a total rockstar and a backbone, advising us and helping us negotiate this conflict with our hired contractors.

Thanks to Brendan's support, we stayed sane during the process, and could come with an expert second opinion that made the contracting company have to reassess their work. Not only did we succeed to have them remove their work and buy replacement materials at their own cost, but Brendan also provided step by step instructions of what they had to do to finish the job in a satisfactory way. He even communicated directly with the other contractor when necessary. He remained calm, polite, and showed his absolute in-depth knowledge of construction, and he charged a modest fee for his services.

We sorely regretted not having waited to do the contracting work with Brendan, and will go back to him for future house projects. You could not get a nicer more reliable person, and he was a very thorough and creative thinker on finding solutions for our bathroom remodel. He is one in a million.

We had a new countertop and sink installed in our kitchen by Rockstar Remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Brendan did an amazing job and we feel our kitchen has been transformed as a result. He is a superb craftsman who is attentive to details both large and small. He is also unfailingly polite and is a clear communicator. I highly recommend him! Five stars for sure!

We recently got to work with Brendan again, this is our second time, and just like the first time he was absolutely amazing. His work is outstanding, and he’s an excellent communicator and teacher. He’s always willing to show us what he’s doing or teach us something even if it’s unrelated to the job at hand. This time he was doing the stairs, but on a lark we asked some insulation questions and the next day he brought over a bunch of insulation kit, showed us how to use it, installed it, and because he knows we’re very price conscious, he offered and then instructed us on exactly how to clean up and close up the walls so he could get back to the real project.

We’ve learned a lot from him and visitors pretty much always comment about how cool his projects are. He thinks about things differently and is willing to break the mold to make a solution that really works for you. In our first project we asked him to build in a cat litter area with an outside vent and a super quiet bathroom fan; I can’t imagine many contractors that would do such a weird thing, but it has been a life changer and he never batted an eye. He just joined in on the brainstorming and made the idea even cooler by making it two story and adding a little spiral staircase!

This is our second time with him, so I can say with certainty that we will be calling on him again for our next projects.

Brendan redid our 1980's era bath. When you're in the house while remodeling it's good to have someone you are comfortable with and Brendan is an affable guy. He is also an excellent fabricator: the fit of the tub surround and the floor, despite the tub nook's lack of square the floor's many nooks and projections, were excellently done. He also recreated the front of the vanity, cutting new doors and drawerfronts. Brendan can be relied on to make decision for you that are appropriate - he picked the paint sheen, replaced electrical outlets that were outdated etc. His paint prep and execution were excellent as well. We are happy with the result!

Brendan's work is outstanding, with the skill and knowledge to go along with creativity; a very rare gem indeed. I've worked with dozens of home remodel contractors over the years. You won't find better than Brendan. He's the contractor of choice for every future remodel project in this home.
