Gorman Built was among the long list of companies I was looking at for some work at my home and investment property, and they were easily the most professional. They’re very transparent with their pricing and although not the absolute cheapest, they offered competitive quotes and I realized the one option cheaper than them was going to cut a lot of corners that Gorman wouldn’t. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a contractor.

Luca does a great job at remodeling. His work stays with the modern trend and is stylish. He is good at what he does. If you want house goals, you are at the right place!

Luka did a wonderful job replacing and fixing an old window and built a new frame for it. He really worked hard to match the exact color of the old stain. He was very attentive to detail and we were very happy with his work. We hope to have him remodel our kitchen soon.

The Gorman Built team was great and I would highly recommend their services. From the start the communication was great, they were on time, and left my place very clean after all the work was done. I hired them to weatherize some windows that were installed improperly and they did a really nice job. I will definitely be hiring them again for my next project.

Gorman-Built has done several projects on my 100-YO house, most recently a 10x6 extension to my kitchen/mudroom. Fairly priced (they stayed on time and on budget), dependable, professional, easy to work with, and ultimately, I am delighted with the work they did.

I posted on nextdoor looking for a contractor to repair siding around my chimney. Stephanie from Gorman reached out in the post and offered to schedule a time with her team to offer a quote.

Then the owner Luca came by and gave a lot of great perspective, demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience. I found myself trusting him right away after we talked. He noticed the shabby work of the previous contractor and wanted to demo it and start over, doing it the right way.

He gave a reasonable quote to do the job, and he and his carpenter were very transparent about their plans. The job ended up taking a half-day more than expected, but Luca kept the same quote, which I appreciated. I was very satisfied with the work and think they did a better job than many contractors would.

This was a relatively small job compared to a lot of the work that this company does, but I felt like Luca and his team treated it with the same level of care and professionalism as they would a bigger job. Great experience, would definitely work with Gorman again!

When we approached Luca about replacing the siding on our house, I indicated that I wanted something that was nice and unique. He offered some options and completed the siding job. Multiple neighbors have complimented the noticeable change on the exterior of our house. Another job was remodeling one of our bathrooms, which included removal of the old plumbing and tub and placement of a new American standard soaking tub, replace me the plumbing, and tiling.
We have been extremely happy with the workmanship from Luca's crews. I do not have access to pictures, but my wife also made a post which includes pictures of the siding and the bathroom. We would both utilize Luca for remodeling or Construction.

I had my floors done by Luca and his team recently. I had the carpet downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs replaced with vinyl hardwood flooring. The work was completed start to finish in only 2.5 days! I was so impressed with the friendliness of the workers and how professionally the floors were installed. Luca is fantastic to work with. He is great regarding checking on his crew's progress and the work they have done for us is excellent. Our siding that he did really updated the look of the house. Our neighbors have all given their compliments. The bath room shower that was retiled is exquisite. One of the tile men gave us some advice on tiling which we really appreciated. Luca's crew also did repair on an outside door frame that had some water damage. How they repair it I can see how it will never be a problem again. He is very reliable and gets the job done in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this man and his crew for any job you need to have done.

Clean, neat and timely. For a garage addition it looks as neat as any finished remodel. A neighbor commented on case of earthquake this addition is the safest place in the house.
