We hired Dream Plastering to plaster our fireplace, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were extremely professional covering all our furniture and protecting the floors before getting started. The team was punctual, easy to work with, and had a great eye for design. They helped us choose the perfect texture and color to complement our space. The finished product looks amazing! Highly recommend Dream Plastering for anyone looking for quality work and attention to detail.

Our house is from 1892. After a recent reroof, we needed to redo the chimney exteriors. Dream Plastering completed the job quickly and professionally. You could tell they were paying close attention to their work and the entire process (quoting, answering our numerous questions, setup, cleanup, etc.). We then had the opportunity to redo a room with lots of plaster cracks. The room wasn’t the normal box shape. It has a curved ceiling and numerous angles. This room went from one of the worst in the house to looking brand new. They roll with the inevitable issues that come with working on an older home. They obviously have mastered their craft, and the final result shows. Highly recommended.

Dream Plaster was referred to me by another plaster contractor who was busy with bigger jobs. They call the company Dream for a reason because that's exactly how they are to deal with. The utmost professionalism, expertise, affordability for a master technician trade and such kindness and calm when a dispute with an associated plumber arose. I cannot recommend them enough. Our bathroom looks better than it did before the plaster patches from the plumbing repair!

The water leak that started this experience was no fun. However, the folks from 911Restoration were great. Alex was especially good, explaining details that we might have bypassed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!If I could give this unethical company negative stars I would. They are straight up scammers and employ scummy behavior and business practices. Also, the work they do is subpar at best. They will over charge you personally, or your Insurance company. They will gouge and overcharge you and your insurance company. They will lie and tell you that if your Home Owners Insurance is paying for the repairs then you will not be responsible for paying anything over the amount that the Insurance company agrees to pay, (The project manager told us this repeatedly)
If your insurance company doesn’t pay them in what they think is a timely manner, even though they didn’t yet provide all the paperwork the insurance company needed to process the claim, they will put a Lien on/against your home. If the insurance company doesn’t pay them everything they billed for, no matter how obscene and over the top the charges were, they will put a Lien on your home and go after you for thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. This company is a franchise and owned by people that have no business scruples whatsoever. Stay away from this terrible company and use a locally owned mom and pop outfit that’s not a franchise.

Richard and his team (Chris) provided utmost respect and care for our home. Provided up-to-date information on the work being done with great communication. Would be happy to call them again if needed !

I had water dmg from a pipe and I have called 911 restoration before and they were fast so I called them again. They were fast, got started on the job right away to stop my house from taking more dmg. Richard helped me and he always answers his phone all the time. he has great customer service. He went above and beyond to help me I didn't have to wory about anything he gave me all the info I needed and suggested other company's to do the repairs afterwards.

We had a great experience with 911 Restoration off of Division Street. Arealius and the team were very helpful and kept us updated throughout the entire process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They provided clear communication and really good feedback the whole way through. We also appreciate how understanding and flexible they were, it made everything go smoothly. Highly recommend their services!

Rich and the 911 team were the first call I made when our plumbing flood started. They were on site within an hour and had a plan ready to fix our problem by the time they left. They worked directly with us AND insurance to make our lives so easy throughout the remediation process. Their team was professional, thorough and nice to have around. They were always available when we had questions and kept us updated on status and next steps throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough, I would give 6 stars if I could.

I just want to thank Richard and his team at 911 Restoration we had a water problem in four room rooms of my house. They came out within an hour of when I called them. Got the fans going dried things out. They did exactly what Richard said they would do in the timeframe he said they’d get it doneand all went well. Thank you.

I have never had a service provider from hours away come out on such short notice to assist me with an issue, not tied to them, but in need of attention. Not only did Rich get me technicians out at my residence on the same day, from hours away, but followed up with a call, seemingly after hours for most businesses, and all this with no cost to me. He also recommended someone for the help I actually needed, and even how to proceed with it. I wish more people were like the people of this business. I almost want to create work for them so that I repay the kindness and help afforded to me today. Thank you and I would do business with them anytime, plus sending recommendations.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. 911 restoration helped at my property after a fire with lots of smoke and water damage. They came in with lots of equipment and cleaning supplies to save our home. I greatly appreciate Richard for all his help as a project manager and all they're team for the time they spent scrubbing walls and cataloging our belongings so they could be cleaned or replaced as needed.

We had condensation in the attic that created mold in the ceiling and drywall. 911 restoration was there promptly to remediate the mold. They did a very good job!

We had a pipe burst overnight on the top floor of one of our buildings, causing extensive damage. Rich was out within the hour and had a team on site within two hours. Throughout the process Rich communicated very clearly the mitigation schedule for each day and what to expect. His team was extremely professional and diligent in their work. I was impressed by 911 Restoration and would not hesitate to recommend them to others needing this type of service. It's never easy when an event like this happens, but it makes all the difference to have a great mitigation company.

Richard is so kind and explains everything clearly. I agree with all the positive reviews for 911 Restoration Portland, as I have also experienced top-notch care and service from every member of the team. My condo was hit by an atmospheric river the week before Christmas, plus my place sits at the top of a hill in Gresham, and that night the east wind hit the southeast wall with fury, combined with a monsoonic experience from the atmospheric river (monsoonic is now a word... - go ahead and use it...). Richard was my Project Manager, and he sent Daniel out first to set up all the drying and dehumidifying equipment. Then the team arrived and boxed and labeled all the contents of the room (basement bedroom, used primarily for storage). I had an area rug on top of wall-to-wall carpeting, all of it was removed, all damaged and moldy due to the flooding. Every technician showed empathy and respect, and each one was exemplary in taking care of my belongings as they cataloged them. I didn't have flood insurance; I've lived in my place going on 22 years with no water damage since I moved in, so I paid for everything out of pocket (I now have flood insurance, but it won't cover this incident). The whole team had my back throughout- I can't say enough praise for each and every one. Scott and Daniel were in charge- Daniel with all the equipment to high-velocity dry and dehumidify, and Scott with evacuating the room contents and storing all of it in my garage. Really efficient and very well-organized. Chris R. came every day to check on everything, as did Daniel, and both of them always contacted me to schedule their work. The whole experience was so helpful. I never would have been able to do a fraction of what the team did for me on my own (I'm older and recovering from cancer). Richard advised the basement needed waterproofing, as several days after all the work was done, it rained steadily for 24 hours, and I had more water seepage, so Daniel brought everything back and let the equipment do it's thing for three days to make sure everything was absolutely dry. Richard recommended several waterproofing companies. I contacted several of them and got bids, and my HOA is covering the waterproofing, as it involves the foundation. The Hoa accepted one of the bids Richard had recommended, so I am now entering that phase. Learning experience - one I hope I'll never have to undergo again - it's very disruptive and all other matters play second fiddle, but if I ever do experience another such event, I'll be contacting 911 Restoration Portland! I highly recommend this construction company whether it is for general contracting or restoration work. Their team is excellent at what they do. We at VIS Group manage many Condominium and Homeowners Associations and have a lot of experience with different construction companies and we always have a positive experience with this team!

The Crew was always helpful and respectful. Everything seemed to go really smoothly. Lots of good communication and available for any questions or concerns.

The Charter project team were outstanding communicators and coordinated well with Owner to minimize interior and exterior construction impacts on tenants.

Our condo building , a 110 year old 7 story converted warehouse, needed to capture space under a stairway for secure storage. Charter had no concern about design/build in a complex setting. They bid the project and completed it on time and on budget. All their team was a pleasure to work with, from Grayson on the specifications/bidding phase through every member of the crew on site. The project came out exactly as planned and the crew was very flexible on resolving minor details during the build. I'd look forward to working with Charter again in the future.
