IBEX did my mom's roof earlier this month and we couldn't have been more impressed. The roof looks phenomenal and the crew was impressive from the first day to the last. I've never seen a harder working group. Highly recommended!

We have used IBEX for roof repair, insulation, and gutters. They've always been communicative, detailed, and easy to reach. Their staff have always been polite and quick and very rarely have left any mess behind. (Literally, only a few nails) I really appreciate that they give detailed and knowledgeable quotes up front.

I would recommend this roofer to anyone and everyone. We had a very complex roof line (shake roof; very steep; very slippery when wet) which was quite dangerous to work on. IBEX was phenomenal both on the roof and on the ground. Easy to talk to, very quick to respond (during and after job) and very thorough. The price may have been somewhat high but the service and quality of the job was worth it.

The sales rep Sam was knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the roofing system, explained every detail and financing options. Jeff was the project manager, he told me more about the crew who will be doing the roof replacement, explained the process and what to expect. He made some recommendations for me to consider, like adding additional and better roof ventilation. Forman Donovan and his crew worked very hard and tirelessly through rain and shine to get the roof installed soon as possible. All team members were great to work with, professional and very nice.

The roof looks great, I would use IBEX again for future work.

Thanks so much for the new roof. They gave us a schedule and what was expected to complete the project prior to starting. Good communication. Chris Nelson help us get it started and Johnny "the project manager" met with before the project started. Made a few suggestion and discussed any of our concerns. He followed up while the job was being worked on. Project was finished quickly and they did a great job on cleanup.

Caleb was just out to handle a leaky roof issue we were having. The home is new to us, but the previous owners installed the roof a few years ago. Ibex did a wonderful job communicating with us about our options as new owners, and getting the issue taken care of was no problem. Caleb was very friendly, got the work done promptly, and left no trace behind. Highly recommend IBEX Roof.

Fantastic experience with these guys. From the project set up, project management, communication and workmanship…and job site clean up (they even cleaned off the tar marks from the siding without me having to ask them!), they exceeded expectations. I don’t write reviews and don’t give out compliments unnecessarily, but the Ibex team definitely deserves it. Would recommend them to anyone.

It started out promising. They provided a timely estimate, scheduled the service (moss removal and zinc treatment), and then things started to not go as good. It took two trips to "complete" the job, which is understandable, but when the job was "completed" we noticed that there was still moss and lichen on the shingles and that only part of the roof had been treated with zinc. Upon calling the individual's supervisor back to report our concerns, he said "yeah, I was concerned that there might be concerns..." after he had called to collect the payment and I shared my observations.

I am a firm believer in second chances, and this company is sending the same individual back out to perform another moss removal and zinc the entire roof (again), so perhaps the second time around is better than the first....

Ibex roofing Is wonderful. My first contact with them in 2019 they repaired a bad roof left open to weather for weeks when the other roofer breached. Fast forward to 2025 I planned to hire them to reroof the garage. I unfortunately went against my best judgment and used another contractor who offered a lower cost and a supposed good deal on other projects on the property. They breached and caused more Problems then I can Even state here. It's a horrible situation I got myself into not going with Ibex. Weeks later Ibex has been kind enough to reassess the "repair" work Done by other contractor, breaches and damage and or work to be redone to meet code and best practice, and I am going with their bid. Trevor is great, very experienced and thorough. The team is great. By the way, while I had roofers bidding on the garage, more charlatans showed up. One wanted to put a product on saying that would save the garage roof and main roof assessed to be degrading since 2019 install. At reinspection the main roof is holding up well.

Jeff and IBEX Roof were wonderful to work with in getting new gutters for my home. I had previously gotten a quote from another gutter company that was twice what Jeff quoted me and come to find out this other company was going to charge me for more work and materials that wasn't needed. It was obviously a very inflated quote and being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I felt that they were just taking advantage of me. Jeff has been very kind, professional and proactive in keeping me informed of the project every step of the way. IBEX put a new roof on my house 2 years ago and now with new gutters, I'm very happy with their work.
I would most definitely recommend Jeff and IBEX to anybody!

My husband, & I can’t say enough about IBEX roofing. And Jeff, the project manager, in particular. He is awesome! He always kept his word, and always went above, & beyond to give us the best job possible. We have a separate garage from our house. The roof was done in one day! It’s beautiful. However, their suppler company truck did some damage to our, country property driveway. Jeff came & dug up all the damaged bricks & fixed the damage, by himself. That was in done in between his other jobs. He’s very dedicated to his customers. And strives to deliver excellence.
He noticed we needed some new gutters for the garage, & parts of our house. He worked to give us the best price possible. So we had them, & downspouts replaced. His gutter crew did a great job. Even going above & beyond the promised work. In total, this is an amazing company. With exceptional employees. We highly recommend this company. Thank you IBEX, Jeff, and employees!

We had new gutters w guards n down spouts put on plus roofing where old gutter guards where. Great workers est Luke was honest. I felt fair price. Easy to work w. Jeff project manager was out to inspect work done.

We cannot recommend Ibex Roofing highly enough and in particular Jeff, the project manager. One of the things we value the most is communication and Jeff was great in taking our calls, answering our questions, and keeping us informed about scheduling, especially during these freezing winter conditions. We had just experienced the contractor from hell so know what can happen when you hire the wrong person. We can happily say Ibex isn't one of those. It was such a relief to have people that take pride in their workmanship, do what they say they will do and do it in a very professional manner. We will highly recommend them to all our neighbors, family, and friends.

We had a very pleasant experience with Ibex. Johnny came out and gave us a quote. He was very honest and did not try to upsell on anything. Quinton, our project manager, was very communicative and very thorough. Our installer, Tyler, was very professional and also communicative. The whole process was less than a week from when we got an estimate to completion of the project. We are very happy with our new gutters and will definitely use Ibex in the future when we need our roof done. They also have a great warranty which was a big plus to us. Highly recommend using them for your projects. A+ for communication, friendliness, product quality, and professionalism. It was refreshing to work with a company like this!

What a brilliant job IBEX Roof did for us! The gentleman came out, and worked with us, explained everything leaving no questions. They are all amazing there. Great experience from start to finish! We received quotes from several companies, but Sam Newman with IBEX was the only contractor to actually get in our attic, assess the current condition of our roof from the inside and out, then spend time to actually show us the product we were purchasing. From the very first interaction with IBEX we knew we were in good hands. Jeff Eason was our project manager and was able to get our roof completed in a quick and timely manner, knowing we had leaks, he made us a priority before the heavy rains set in. We did encounter a small leak after install (faulty seal around vent), and I was in my attic at 915 PM trying to assess what could possibly be leaking. I called Jeff (he told me from the start to call day or night with any issues), and next thing I know he was in my attic with me at 10PM physically getting eyes on the leak and assessing what needed to be done. This was a first for me as I've never had a contractor that dedicated to the project and client before. Despite the small leak, Jeff's response and actions once again reassured me that we were in good hands. Leak was quickly repaired and overall we couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality products of IBEX roof. Would highly recommend them time and time again!
