I highly recommend Ibex Roof. We had Davyn out today to clean the roof and gutters on our home as well as to provide an estimate for replacing the roof on a small outbuilding. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Davyn called ahead, arrived early (with pre-approval), was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout, and left our roof, gutters, and garden immaculate. He even showed me before and after photos and provided lots of useful information about future roof care. With respect to the outbuilding estimate, he did a thorough assessment, explained our options, provided a fair number, and got us on the calendar for next week. Wow! This company's commitment to high quality work, superb customer service, and excellent communication shows.

I had a new roof and gutters installed on our family’s lake house. I knew going into this project that there would be some unforeseen issues as the roof was 30 years old. Jeff Eason, the project manager, kept me informed and updated on all of the issues and how they were resolved. He also sent me a comprehensive file of photos of the work that was done and the completed job. Thank you to Jeff and your team for taking care of our home.

Highly recommended for quality work and professionalism. The Project Manager Jeff was hands on from start to finish. He estimated a 3 day completion and completed on time. The quality was exceptional. The work team were always on time and extremely hard workers. They were very professional and respectful. They maintained a clean and clear worksite during the whole project and ensured the area was swept clean of debris upon completion of the project. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, quality of the materials and the personal attention we received during the project and follow up. Incredible!!! Project was supposed to take three days. It only took ONE. guys did a great job laughing and singing while they worked.It turned out beautiful. Gutter guys just left, they explained what they did and asked if I had any issues don't hesitate to get in touch. Looks great.

Hanoa was great! I had a small project and he was both thorough and respectful of my budget limitations. Got it done within the month.

They sent out a once of there roofers named kenttner. Show up on time di thorough inspection of the roof. Point out the damage from a former roofer I wasn’t anticipating. He took care that damage for me. The quote was very fair as I had a previous quotes and the company failed to ever show. Avoid pacific west roofing expensive, took forever for an generic estimate (2 mos.) had to call 3 times, and after finally putting down a down payment couldn’t even put me on the schedule after almost a month.

- schedule me right there on site (less than 2 weeks).
- provide before pics of problem areas and previous damage, thoroughly explain everything that was wrong and what he planned to do.
- wasn’t a pushy salesman’s trying to make me buy stuff I don’t need. Solar fans would be sweet, but couldn’t tell me how cooler it would make my attic spaces. If I’m gonna spend that type of cash I need guarantees to justify the spending.

- kettner showed up early and on time. Completed the job by 3pm ish and that included10 roof vents install, 10 roof vent replacements, and 40 feet of edge vents.

- kettner was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and won’t have a problem calling him up again as I saved his number for possible future work as needed.

More companies should strive to provide such work atmospheres as happy workers enjoy what they do and take pride in there works that leads to quality work. This is coming from a small Scorp business owner. Thanks IBEX, with all the shady general contractors, sub contractors, and repair companies I have had to deal with this year. This was by far the most enjoyable and professional company I’ve dealt with. Hope my review helps the next customer.

P.s. company also provides interest free loans. It works as long as you pay it off in the allotted time.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had roof cleaning, venting, insulation and gutter replacement services. All were done above satisfaction. Quick, friendly, and professional. They replaced our gutters quickly for a good price. I got good options. And thankfully, the gutters were replaced just before the big storms started

We got our house re-roofed by Ibex recently. Both Jacob our sales rep and Jeff our project manager were great at explaining what we should expect and how everything works. The crew worked quickly and did a great job on the cleanup. The roof looks great too. Hopefully we don't need to use the warranty but if we do it's there!

From beginning to end this crew and the project manager, Jeff were extremely professional in every capacity! A pleasure to deal with Jeff who was personable and a delightful professional attitude, he made sure everything was finished in a timely manner.

There are many roofing companies out there, and where to start is a challenge. Good reviews of IBEX caused me to ask them to submit a bid on our roof. Along with three others, they came in right with the rest of them in the $50K price range we were budgeting. We replaced the entire roof, seven skylights, added a new tube skylight, and a few new roof sheathing panels that had worn over the last 40 years. The house sits right on Puget Sound, so wind, rain, and saltwater take their toll. After a thorough inspection identifying concerns the other companies didn't, we were able to negotiate a fair and comprehensive scope of work. From the detailed scope by salesman Luke Nunes to the timely and extremely good communication from Project Manager Jeff Eason and his team, the project was completed quickly and with extremely high quality. I would have no reservations about recommending the team at IBEX to my friends and neighbors.

Efficient and cost-effective, great service all the way from initial quote to roof demo and installation. The project manager, Jeff, kept me updated along the way and even crawled into my attic at the end to reattach a fan vent. I'd definitely use them again.

Ibex put a new roof on our house. Everyone told us that removing the tile roof would take days. Ibex had it off in 8 hours. Other roofers told us it would be a few days to get the new roof done. Ibex did it in one. From the ease of setting this up to the ease of finishing the project , we could not be happier. And it looks great. The crew was great . Josh and Jacob were great. They worked fast and clean. While I hope to never have to put another roof on, I would still call Ibex. Fantastic warranty as well.
