Really happy with our new Cedar roof! CedarTech worked seamlessly with our renovation project timing, had terrific communication, and did an excellent job cleaning up after every day (this was especially important to us with a toddler and dog using the yard every night)! The workers on site were professional and operated in a safe manner and the supervisors came daily.

They were very patient with me as I struggled to make decisions after the passing of my husband. The work was done under budget. I found them to be very respectful and they will be my first call if when I need their services again. Gerrie

CedarTech's crew did a fabulous job! They arrived promptly, and quietly, and got to work despite Portland's 100o weather that week! Initially, your property will look like a disaster, and I worried about my plants. They have a very protective system of plywood and board supports. There was MINIMAL foliage damage! Hubby was concerned about the gutter screening, and it laid back as good as new. They clean up what has come down daily (staples, screws, nails). Most important, the roof looks spectacular. We went with Malarky Vista, in Storm Grey. We would not hesitate to recommend CedarTech's crew to our family and friends!

CedarTech did beautiful work restoring the cedar roof on our breezeway. I appreciated their efficiency, communication, and detailed craftsmanship. They were respectful of our landscaping. The old roof had unsightly nails protruding which CedarTech was able to eliminate on the new roof. They also did an excellent job cleaning the roofs of our home and garage. Overall very impressed with this company. They are very communicative and professional and will take the time to explain the why and how of their work. The transparency is greatly appreciated. They clearly value their reputation and probably have one of, if not the best workmanship warranties.
Our roof was leaking and had another cluster of loose shakes due to shotty installation work (performed by a different company). Having talked at length with Kevin about the issues with the original installation and the method of repair, I have great confidence that we won't have issues with their repair work.

This company was quick to be able to give us an estimate and came back at a reasonable price. When they came to fix our gutters they were quick and they look great! They arrived an hour and a half later than what was the appointed time so only reason for four stars not five.

Tim was fast and knowledgeable about my new gutters.
He even found a bee's nest i had know idea was there. He was stung a few times and still did an amazing job.

Aaron came over, gave me an estimate and options. He never pressed us on what we should do. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I had a generally unfavorable experience. After many delays to getting the project started and multiple no shows without a call, they seemed to rush the job and didn't complete it to my satisfaction. There were big globs of glue, the new white fascia board was covered in mud and finger prints, and the fresh paint was chipped. They did not appear to consider the slopes/crooked nature of an old house, and were unable to locate a downspout in the one location I requested.

They came back to fix it, which I appreciated. But again they cancelled at last minute and did not show as scheduled multiple times. That said, the gutters work and there are no leaks or overflow issues.

The team was very courteous, but overall I was left with frustration and regret that I hired this company.

Fantastic experience with this company from estimate to completion. Yes, they will be friendly, fair in pricing, and professional. However, it is the quality of the work is what we are most pleased with. They also did a great job cleaning up, when the job was done. Thank you, Gutter Empire for our wonderful new gutters.

Thank you Gutter empire!! My roof was a mess, full of moss. Two employees and the owner came out and worked most of the day to clean it and remove the moss, they did a fantastic job and the cleanup was excellent, everything they promised us. I will be hiring them again to come out this summer for some gutter work. These people will make sure you are happy before they leave, they are the real deal. Thanks again!!

Gutter Empire was easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling. The job was replacing a lengthy piece of gutter high up on the second story roofline that had come down in last winter's storms, and they handled it with ease in about an hour. They took away the old twisted gutter and left nothing to show they had been there. I would definitely call them again for any future gutter work.

Gutter Empire was able to get out to our home on super short notice and clear out some clogged gutters before we listed it for sale. They even threw in some moss treatment on the roof and a small gutter repair free of charge. Will definitely use them again!
