Aaron made the process of getting our gutters replaced easy. We had a couple of other quotes that seemed to be excessive $, but Gutter Empire's pricing is reasonable and they were able to get the job done quickly and well! I would definitely recommend.

Of the 3 bids I received, this wasn't the lowest cost, but it was the only honest one. The other two did not inspect or warn me about the very obvious fascia damage. I knew what I was getting into from the start. Communication was excellent and they were quick. I had ready phone and text access and responses included video and photos. I'm happy with the work and would go with them again.

Aaron and his crew did a great job on my new gutter installation. We had a complication early in the project (old house; rotten wood behind existing gutters) and Gutter Empire had the skill and experience to get the job done without excessive cost or timeframe.

The team was very friendly and super efficient. They replaced old and awful gutters with new beautiful gutters that really make the house look good. Very impressed with the quality and level of professionalism. They were also the only gutter co that explained we needed fascia to prevent water damage and dry rot and got it installed for us. From our very first contact to the finished job I was quite happy and impressed with Empire Gutters. They really seemed to care about doing the best job for our situation. All the employees, the owner, phone calls were perfect. Job was done as discussed, everything cleaned up, no issues. Highly recommend this company.

I regret getting involved with this company. There were multiple bait-and-switches during the process. I hired this company to repair my gutters. After failing to show up as scheduled multiple times, the crew finally arrived on the third try but refused to do any repairs. Instead, they insisted that my less than 10 year old gutters had to be completely replaced. This didn't feel quite right, but they were already holding on to my deposit and had delayed the work for so long that I reluctantly agreed to the new scope of work to get it done. They failed to show up again on the fourth scheduled day and finally did the work at the fifth rescheduled appointment.

One thing that originally made me feel comfortable hiring this company was how the estimator warranted it was beneficial to work with them because they would allow me to hold off paying the balance of my invoice until I was fully satisfied with their work. He said their payment policy meant I could wait to see how the work held up in the rain and have them solve any issues first. I was glad to avail myself of this policy, because I soon discovered there was an issue with the downspout installation that caused water to seep into my basement. The company did come out to fix the issue, but at the same time their front office hounded and threatened me with late fees, denied what the estimator had stated in order to sell their services, and acted like the water in my basement was imaginary (it was not). Overall, working with this company left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not hire them again if I could do it over.

The company’s reply almost entirely misrepresents the course of events, including making up details about my responsiveness and the date they came out to assess the leak.

The gutters were put in place and there was a small problem, not with them but our house. They came right out and fixed it. Excellent company to hire for gutters. We are very pleased!

The guys did a great job, finishing in pouring rain, ironically! They look good and are working well. Glad we went with them.

Great experience working with Gutter Empire. The quality of work and materials was definitely worth the investment. The new larger size gutter looks great on our home. We appreciated the detail Aaron put into the estimate. He problem solved and explained why are old gutters weren't doing the job after putting on a new roof. Looking forward to the rain now that everything is buttoned up.

Gutter Empire did an excellent job replacing the gutters and downspouts on our house. The new gutters are such an improvement over the original ones.
The guys cleaned up after themselves too.

The company rep came out and quoted me a price for what I wanted done. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. They DID NOT charge me the arm and the leg I was expecting. VERY REASONABLE cost quote.They gave me good solutions to fix what needed fixing. The install crew came out and made short work of removing the old gutter and replacing with a larger gutter to handle the runoff capacity. They also modified the outflow down spouts to two other gutters so they could drain out quicker. I can’t say enough good things about the job they did for me. I have absolutely no problem recommending Empire Gutter to do work for whoever reads this review.

I had a 25 foot gutter that needed replacing so that I could open a French door without hitting the bottom of the gutter. Gutter Empire did a great job of not only replacing the existing gutter but they also pointed out a couple of roof valley drainage gutter improvements. I liked their proactive approach.

I have now used these guys 2x for two separate gutter projects, and it's been 10/10 every time. Super reasonable pricing, great communication and excellent quality work. The only people I will trust with gutter projects in portland!

Very glad i went with Gutter Empire LLC, it has been about two years and it has been a life saver. No more cleaning pine needles of the room six times a rainy season (from September till June). Asked them to come out on a service call and received almost immediate response from the owner. Service crew was dispatched in 2 days and I am ready for another rainy season.
