I RARELY DO THIS...But this company deserves props. Top notch organization from sales to install. Much of the work had to be done from the roof due to immovable objects in our tiny back yard. On top of all that, our roof has a gnarly pitch in which they handled like pros they are. 👍

Gutter Empire was great to work with. Their salesperson Aaron detailed the project needed to do the install of my new gutters and downspouts. He said our 1927 house facial boards needed to be notched out in order to fit the new gutters. I hesitated and questioned Aaron if this were necessary, but he assured me the crew was very skilled at doing this and would be mindful of the age of the boards and would paint the raw wood before installing the gutters. That being said, the appointment was scheduled for two weeks out, and they came on time as scheduled. The two installers, “Shawn,” a highly skilled carpenter and gutter installer and his coworker “Coby,” a very skilled and detailed gutter installer, were experts in the installation of my new gutters and downspouts. They did a wonderful job and made sure everything was picked up after finishing the job. On a side note, after the crew left, I noticed one of the corbels on the roof rafter was knocked loose from the bracket… It eventually fell off completely into the bushes. I called Aaron and left a message. He responded within an hour and said they would be out first thing in the morning to repair it… I also got a follow-up call from Shawn, the installer, who apologized for not noticing it, and said I would be his first stop in the morning before starting any new jobs. They arrived early the next morning and repaired the corbel within minutes. Everything looks awesome! Ca-Ching, great job and follow through from everyone, and the pricing was exactly what they quoted. No upselling along the way… I am extremely pleased with the personnel and quality of workmanship I received. I highly recommend Gutter Empire to those in need of new gutters or repairs. Thank you!

Aaron drove all the way out to our little burg and looked at our problem. He deduced the best solution but cautioned his labor would be prohibitively expensive and would not have a 100% effective result. He carefully explained what he or a handyman could do Complete with details. He also recommended some meaningful changes to our existing drains. He did NOT push sales just very sage and helpful advice. No charge!

We had 4 downspouts replaced and the roof and gutter cleaned by Gutter Empire the day before Thanksgiving. Price was reasonable when you consider the outstanding service provided overall by: the estimator, Aaron; the experienced installation crew; and the efficient office staff.

We needed this gutter guards and gutter repair/replacement. When the gutters were removed it exposed wood rot and they were able to repair that as well. They worked quickly and the gutters and gutters guards look great,

The owner came to understand my needs and answered all my questions. After receiving an appointment, the workers arrived on time and did a great job. The communication with this vendor was great. I recommend this vendor.

The guys were very professional and did a great job installing are new downspouts. They also made sure the clean up was done properly.

They came out gave me an affordable quote and explained what I need and why I need it .the tram came out to do the install noticed some rot and gave me time to have it fixed so that the install would last for year . Final product is exactly as stated and the install was done on time and professionally.

We had Gutter Empire install new gutter guards. They were very easy to work with throughout the process. Responsive, communicative, transparent. They came when scheduled and were very quick with their install and left no mess. The guards were installed so you can’t even see them.

Gutter Empire was quick to respond to my inquiry. They came out to give me an estimate the next day and came to do the work two days later. Due to only being able to have one gutter on each side of the house, during hard rains water would just shoot off the ends of the gutters. The recommendation was to level the gutters, put in wider top connections and bigger downspouts. They did all the work very quickly and even put in cleanouts that I am very happy with. So far, the water from rains have only been going down the downspouts which is exactly what we wanted. I am very happy with the professionalism, speed, and quality of the work. I highly recommend this company.

Gutter Empire recently replaced my set of gutters from the mid-90’s. They were there to pick up my phone calls, always quick to respond to my questions, and were professional in performing the work. The installer Tim was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling and rescheduling were painless. The finished product appears to be of very high quality. When I needed to have a section of gutter repaired, I reached out to three different companies. I shared photos of the needed repair with all three companies. Gutter Empire was the only company of the three who sent someone out to look at the project before making the bid. They even brought color samples to best be able to color match the existing trim. Their price was reasonable and in the end, the work was well done.

Dimitri was very easy to deal with and very reasonable pricing. Was able to quote me and get me installed within a couple days. I had a small job and that didn’t make a difference to them. The finished product looks great.

Gutter Empire did a fantastic job installing gutters on our 1923 house and our 840 sq ft garage. The fascia boards were rotted and the old gutters were the wrong size to handle the amount of water from the roof. We also needed additional downspouts. The team was able to problem solve on the spot, come up with innovative solutions, and were excellent communicators. They were a joy to work with and were so attentive to details. They take pride in their superior workmanship.

I am an HOA board member for a large condo property in SE Portland with two sizable buildings. Gutter Empire managed our full gutter replacement project and did an outstanding job. We obtained several bids from different companies and although Gutter Empire was not the least expensive, they stood out due to their thoughtful approach, their motivation to take on a project of this size, and the very hands on involvement of Dmitriy, the owner.
