We recently purchased a new home and scheduled a deep clean before our belongings arrived. The team showed up on time, which I appreciated, but unfortunately they didn’t seem familiar with the moving package I had booked. They finished much earlier than expected, and when we got home, we noticed several things were missed—window sills and tracks, the inside and outside of cabinets, fan, cobwebs, etc. While they did offer to return, we have two large dogs and hectic schedules, so we declined and decided we’d handle it ourselves once our supplies arrive. A $50 discount was given, which I appreciated, but I still feel I overpaid for the level of service provided.

I’m updating my review after repeatedly finding areas that were never even attempted to be cleaned. The only reason I initially gave 3 stars was because the company is veteran-owned. Unfortunately, after paying for a cleaning that was not done and having to clean everything myself, I cannot justify giving them 3 stars.

I booked Futura House Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning, and they exceeded all my expectations. They left no corner untouched, and the results were amazing. Worth every penny!

I had Holly in my home today and I organized alongside of her while she cleaned. I have never used a cleaning service in this home before and I was impressed with her positive attitude, her willingness to use any of the cleaning products that I maybe preferred and her method of checking in with me here and there about her progress. she was able to accomplish everything in the timeline that the cleaning service and I had pre-agreed. And then I added an extra 30 minutes for her to do a little bit extra. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Futura and Holly, specifically.

I would highly recommend Futura Cleaning and Painting. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions. Breanna and Malanie did a wonderful job on my house.

This cleaning crew exceeded all expectations. Baseboards, appliances, windows, bathrooms — everything was spotless and move-in ready. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly set them apart. Highly recommend!!

Hannah did a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a couple of other miscellaneous tasks I wanted done. She did a great job - the appliances and cabinets are clean, the mirrors and faucets are streak-free, and the floors are probably the cleanest they've been since I moved in. It is great to have a nice, clean space without having to clean it myself.

I had Alehandra clean for me. I am really pleased about her work. She works fast but does a very good job. She will be mybregular cleaner from now on.

If i could leave no stars I would. The people that came to clean my place broke the bathroom shower fauset and flooded the bathroom. It was left running for hours, they did not notify me or the futura company about it. My neighbor who was cutting my hedges noticed it and let me know which is ridiculous cause who knows how long they would have left it running. Instead they called a "friend" who does not work for the company to come fix this issue. The friend tried turning off my water main and had no idea what he was doing and ended up turning off the whole blocks water main, and I was called numerous times from the city and had neighbors coming up to my door complaining after they all left. I had to spend thousands of dollars to repair what they broke and ended up with a house that was not clean what so ever. It took forever to get my money back like we are talking about a month to get everything back that I put towards the downpayment for their cleaning service to which the manager of this company did not want to give me back because he felt his workers put in their time on my place. He doesn't get the concept that they litterally cost me thousands of dollars to repair what they did to my home. This company has no moral compass. Please do yourself a favor and do not go through this company they are not your future. Lol worst company I ever have come across. So many things I have left out but I cant even bring myself back to that hella dark place.
Just skip this one.
I pray the company gets better workers that know what they are doing that dont try to be sneaky by calling a friend outside of the company to fix the situation and I hope the owner actually starts taking accountability for his company and workers giving proper training and doesn't let some other poor new home owner go thru something like this and defend what should clearly not have even been defended.

America and Grace were helpful and nice. They did a good job fine tuning a home that we are listing for sale. They added the sparkle!

I needed some serious, whole house cleaning to get ready for real estate photos. Melissa and Diamond showed up and hit the ground running. They worked non-stop over 4 hours, starting at the ceilings and working down to the floors, cleaning everything in between. The house had never looked so good. They did a great job and the photos turned out beautifully. Thanks ladies!

We’ve tried a few different cleaning companies over the years, but none come close to this one. The cleaners were organized, respectful of our belongings, and extremely detail-oriented. They managed to remove stubborn stains I thought would never come out. Our home feels so much brighter and more welcoming now. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable cleaning.

I had a good experience with Futura on my first cleaning. I was nervous at first because my regular cleaning lady moved away,but im really happy with the results. House smelled great and the cleaner was really sweet. I would like to book monthly moving forward. i would recommend them!

Katelyn and Shelbie did an amazing job on my apartment. It’s a small space, but I have a lot of stuff! They took great care cleaning everything, and my home has never felt fresher! This is also a great service for a first-timer—easy to book and pay with great communication with the company and cleaners.

Shelbie and Kate came to clean our home a few days before Thanksgiving. They were both knowledgeable about cleaning products I used so needed minimal direction. They knew I was going to be baking a turkey. Shelbie volunteered to clean my oven with a broken self cleaning unit I thought it was hopeless. After about 30 minutes she was done and I couldn’t believe it looked like new. The same with the rest of the house - everything looked amazing!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Thanks Kate and Shelbie - now I can focus on preparing my Thanksgiving feast.
