Working with Tuff Shed was fantastic, our sales and design consultant Chris Sternberger asked insightful questions about what we wanted to use the shed for and the space we had available for a shed. He gave great suggestions on features we might or might not need. He was very clear on the entire process and it was a great experience all around. Chris was super friendly and easy to talk to. Design, scheduling, delivery and installation was so easy and seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and the entire team at Tuff Shed Portland team. Thank you, we love it!

Tuff Shed provided excellent service throughout the process of getting a 16x20 studio built on my property. They took care of the permitting process, so all I had to do was provide a place for the building to go. Friendly crew, went up in just two business days. Bob in sales and Alice in permitting were super helpful. The building is high quality, with 16in framing and nice windows and door. I opted for skylights, and it is a wonderful space to spend time in. Note: the walls in the photos were installed by me, not Tuff Shed. Thanks again!

We love our Tuff Shed, and really appreciated Jeff's assistance. When we bought a beautifully refurbished 1911 Portland home with no garage, the Tuff Shed was the perfect addition. It looks like a mini version of our house, and I know it will stand the test of time. I feel so confident in the quality and longevity, I know it was worth the price!

Had a very positive experience working with Chris S replacing an old shed in our back yard. He made himself accessible while we figured out what we wanted over several weeks. He and the rest of the team were clear about expectations for the install day. Our shed is beautiful. It looks like it will withstand the PNW moisture and effectively keep the rats out that invaded our old shed.

Jeff Waldrop guided us through the process of planning our shed with great ideas and patience. We finally settled on a Premier Pro Tall Ranch 10’ x 12’ utilizing a concrete slab. Our contract was altered enough to be confusing because of all the changes we made (e.g. size, style, height); however, Jeff took the time to explain and answer all of our questions.

After our shed was installed a couple items needed to be addressed. I made a phone call to discuss the items and Matt (manager) was right on it. Matt was relentless wanting to schedule repairs. Who does that? Usually the purchaser needs to resume contact.

Chris and his wife (installers) came out to make necessary repairs. The updates are amazing and we could not be happier.

Start to finish Tuff Shed is the real deal. Tuff Shed Portland is a great company with professional caring staff!

Our experience with Jeff Waldrop and the whole Tuff Shed team was outstanding. Jeff made the selection and planning process so easy and gave us tips and options for preparing the space to put the shed in. The schedulers prompted me often and followed up when needed. The builders were very quick and did a great job too. Our entire experience has been very positive and we recommend it to everyone.

Tuff Shed of Portland and in particular, Bob Brown were a pleasure to deal with through out the process. The product is very customizable, which was a big benefit for our site and requirements. Great experience with Jeff Waldrup and Tuff Shed. It's the 2nd one we have owned for our organization. They last forever and the quality is unmatched. Process was easy and they worked very well with us.

Jeff was a great guy to work with and explained everything in great detail. The crew that was sent out to assemble my shed also did an excellent job, getting it up fast and cleaning up the site after erecting the building.

After looking at two other shed companies it was obvious that Tuff Shed was the way to go. Jeff Waldrop spent a lot of time with me (I'm a detail person), answered all of my questions, and facilitated a removal/delivery schedule that addressed all of my timing concerns. The installation was exactly as it was explained to me (the installers did a great job, too!) and Jeff even came back after the installation to trim back a pre-existing ground cover/tarp we had determined was best left in place. We love our Tuff Shed! We worked with Bob Brown and he was very helpful and friendly. Overall, our experience was amazing. These are very well constructed and built to order. Everything about this experience was perfect. Ours is a 10x12 with 8 foot walls. I have a carpentry background and used to build gazebos for a living, so I considered building my own shed. Adding up the cost of materials I'd need to build something similar I would not have saved much money, and would have spent several days building something similar. This arrived and was up and finished in one day. Many thanks to Bob Brown and everyone at Tuff Shed!

Had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. Bob Brown at Tuff Shed was easy to work with and very responsive to my needs. He showed me several options and was patient, helpful and informative through the whole process. I went to the Tuff Shed facility to look at the models which was the right move as i realized seeing them in person made a huge difference before deciding on my barn style shed. Also, i had Alex Lim and his crew from Ideal General Contracting do both my site preparation (base foundation) and installation. I highly recommend Alex and his team as using one company to handle both steps created a seamless and stress free process. Alex was very thorough at each step along the way and the fact both Alex and his crew were always in a positive mood was icing on the cake.
